The 2012 Nickelodeon Teen Choice Awards nominees were announced earlier today and all we have to say is, ‘Holy long list of potential winners Batman!’  Oh, and these 55 categories are apparently only the first wave of nominees – host Will Smith is going to be in for a looong evening!  You can log on to Nickelodeon.com to cast your vote today and everyday until the award show airs live on FOX, July 22 at 8 p.m.

Teen poop star Cody Simpson turned up as the dinner date of E! star Kylie Jenner during a private party thrown by the Kardashian family earlier this week at Scott Disick’s new NYC restaurant RYU.

According to sources,

Shortly after the Jenner girls arrived, Kylie walked to the front of the restaurant to meet her friend Cody. They both seemed really happy to see each other… They were sitting diagonal at a table, just talking and having a good time. Kendall was also at their table, but she left much earlier than the rest of the family.

Her “friend” Cody?  Suuuure…  Cody sounds more like a Kanye than a Jonathan to us.

For their part, the Kardashian Klan seemed at ease with the 15-year-old hanging with their little sis…

Kourtney went over to the table and was talking to Cody for a while, and they were all smiling and seemed to really be enjoying the night, while cameras were rolling filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Let’s just hope these two don’t let their fame turn their relationship into anything tawdry – right Kim?

Get married.  Wait 72 days.  Get divorced.  Adopt baby.

Yeah, that sounds about right… Especially for a girl who, in an interview just a few months ago, openly expressed that she might be okay with the idea of just being “the cool aunt”, instead of having children of her own someday.

Fast forward to present day and according to sources, socialite-turned-reality star Kim Kardashian has already begun the process of filing for adoption – you know, because Kim really likes to take the time to think things through before she acts.

It’s all top secret, but the adoption is already underway… Kim is ready. She’s made inquiries and gotten information. Now she just has to decide where she wants the baby to come from.

Ugh.  It’s not that we don’t want Kimmy to be happy, it’s just that this girl is so clearly grasping at straws trying to fill some void in her life and throwing a baby into the mix is not the right way to fix things.

During a Toddlers and Tiaras-themed photo shoot for this cycle of America’s Next Top Model, E! reality stars Kendall and Kylie Jenner dialed in to their inner psychopath to channel the terrifying “Come play with us.” twins from 1980′s thriller, The Shining.

The two teens, who along with their mama Kris Jenner were acting as guest judges for the CW hit, donned matching LBDs, knee-highs, long braids and terrifying looks on their faces, did a terrific job of looking like, super duper scary.

Like scarier than Kim Kardashian crying scary.  And that’s saying something…

After being burned in the media for months following her divorce from NBA star Kris Humphries, 31-year-old Kim Kardashian appears to have had enough of the media trashing her and her family.

The middle Kardashian sister took to her website yesterday, to vent about her frustrations with the “lies” being spread about her and her family and their financial well being.

We face adversity every week and as you all know, we have always tried to take the high road and continue to work hard… But when the media try to manipulate things and write things that are untrue about our business ventures and our shows, it’s time to step in and correct the lies.”

As a family we work extremely hard and we are very proud of what we have achieved, and it’s disappointing to see people try to tear that down… We understand that news organizations have to do their job and report on what they feel their readers want to know about, and we appreciate and respect the ones that actually do their homework and release accurate information.

Rumor has it that Kim’s rant was due to a January 13th New York Post article which insinuated that the Kardashian empire was finally crashing to the ground.

Early this week Matel announced that their latest celebrity Barbie dolls will be none other than the first family of reality TV – The Kardashians!

The famed toy company has penned a deal with Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian to turn their likenesses into the next series of America’s most famous dolls.  The Kardashian dolls will come in the girls’ exact likenesses and will even reflect each Kardashian’s exact measurements.

Okay, that could be kind of cool.  At least these dolls will be a little more realistic… sort of.

According to Kim K’s official Twitter, the LA-based socialites are very excited to get started on the project.

It seems like the recently divorced Kim Kardashian has no intention of letting bygones be bygones in the new year.  The 31-year-old reality star, who announced her new year’s resolution “to [move]forward … and never [look] back,” rang in the new year Saturday night alongside family members at Tao nightclub in Las Vegas, where she rocked a short white minidress and blunt bangs.

Despite being surrounded by friends and family, Kim’s mind seemed to be elsewhere, as she took to her Twitter during the final minutes of 2011 to trash her ex Kris Humphries, writing,

Who else is soooo ready to let go of 2011 and have the best 2012 ever!!!

Passive aggressive much?  No wonder these two couldn’t stay man and wife for more than three months…

During tonight’s very special episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, 16-year-old Kendall Jenner does something we’ve never seen before from anyone in the Kardashian brood.

In a sneak peek at this week’s episode, Kendall cameras catch the teen telling her mother Kris Jenner that her lavish spending is “embarrassing” and that she doesn’t want an out of control “Sweet Sixteen” birthday party.
