Man, talk about not keeping your nose clean!

According to reports, Hollywood troublemaker Lindsay Lohan was involved in yet another physical altercation at a night club, earlier this week.

LiLo – you JUST got off probation!  WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!?

Sources at The Standard Hotel claim that the 25-year-old actress (Is she even an actress anymore?  What exactly has this girl done lately besides cause trouble?) threw a drink at fellow club-goer inside the The Standard’s Smoke and Mirrors nightclub.

Apparently, Lindsay thought the recipient of her airborne libation, had bumped into her and when the girl denied the bump and made a snide remark about Linds being at a club with her father (which is totally weird by the way), the Mean Girls star flipped her lid and started cussing and throwing drinks.

This “clubgo-er” must’ve really hit a nerve with Lindsay because you have to be really mad to throw your drink in L.A.  They are like $10 a pop!

Of course, Lindsay and papa Michael Lohan are both denying that they had anything to do with starting the fight and the senior Lohan even went on TMZ to defend his family’s honor.

Too late Mikey old boy.  Too late.

Not again Lindsay!

Reformed Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the law yet again this week; this time, it’s for allegedly assaulting a women while shaking her groove thang at a West Hollywood night club.

The victim alleges that Lohan shoved her while they were both inside the nightclub, but LiLo’s publicist, Steve Hoenig, says that nothing could be further from the truth.

She was never at the club and this whole thing is a big lie by someone looking for 15 minutes of fame and, presumably, money.

It certainly doesn’t help that this accusation is coming on the heels of Lindsay being told to, “Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work,” by Judge Stephanie Sautner at her final probation hearing last week.

Way to stay on track Linds!

Just when we thought she was getting herself back on track…

According to the LAPD, troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan was involved in a hit and run late last night, as she and her entourage were leaving a parking lot near the Hookah Lounge in Hollywood.

Apparently, as LiLo was fleeing from the paparazzi around 1am, her car “brushed up” against a man who was standing nearby.  The victim immediately called police, but no charges have been filed.

Really, dude?  You called the police because some Lindsay Lohan’s car “brushed up” against you in a parking lot at 1am?  Don’t you think the LAPD might have better things to do then hear about your celebrity sighting?

Talk about a Freaky Friday!  According to sources, Playboy cover girl Lindsay Lohan has found a way to magically transport herself back to 2008…

Okay, well not really - but the 25-year-old has decided to make a return to the red locks that made her America’s favorite girl-next-door – you know, back before she went all “celebutante” on us.

We have to admit, LiLo looks great.  Nixing that platinum blonde look is the best decision she’s made since – well since we can remember.

Insiders report that Lindsay is ready to make a Hollywood comeback and revamping her look is a major piece of her plan.

Lindsay is worried about losing her looks… She has a lot riding on this comeback.

And it looks like she’s making steps in the right direction.  Her new hue takes about 15 years off, which, considering she looked about 40 before, has her back on track!

Former party girl Lindsay Lohan is up in arms today, after reports surfaced that she was boozing it up doing an SAG Awards after party.  The 25-year-old conceded that she was at the late night gala at the Chateau Marmot on Sunday night, but she was not, I repeat not drinking.

According to Lindsay, she was sitting with pal Alan Cummings the whole night and only drank water.  Apparently LiLo is already looking into her legal options regarding filing suit against the media outlets who reported the story.

Can you blame her?  This gal just logged countless hours doing community service at the L.A. County morgue!  Do you think she wants to go back there?

In all honesty, we’d be pissed too if we were in Lindsay’s shoes – but hey, that’s Hollywood babe!

Am I the only one who thinks that restraining orders seem like the absolute lamest form of protection on the planet?

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan’s stalker Lonnie Short was taken into police custody after he showed up at the actress’ front door and refused to leave the property until she spoke to him.

Yeah, a legal document is definitely going to be all this guy needs to reign in his crazy.

Short was sentenced to eight days in jail, placed on probation for 24 months and told to stay at least 100 yards away from Ms. Lohan at all times.   So, “legally” speaking, he can set up camp in a lawn chair a football field away from Lindsay’s Venince, CA home?

Sounds like a total win-win.

According to sources, the 25-year-old has turned down several offers to host high profile New Year’s Eve bashes because she’s trying to stay focused on her sobriety and tone down her party-girl image – a decision that could cost the actress up to six-figures!

Here’s to a clean and sober LiLo in 2012!

While partying it up in Hawaii over the weekend with little sister Ali, Playboy cover girl Lindsay Lohan was robbed of over $10,000!

According to sources, the troubled starlet was freaking out Saturday night when she returned to her car to find her $5,000 Chanel purse and a huge chunk of change missing.  Apparently, Lohan, who was allegedly sober at the time, was more concerned about having to deal with the police regarding the robbery than she was about the missing moolah.

I will f**king kill someone if I even have to get questioned [inaudible] jail for a year.

Understandable.  LiLo has been a model parolee of late and it sure would be a shame for her to take a step in the wrong direction.

The purse (and court documents, which state that Lindsay is allowed to travel) were eventually returned, however the $10,000 in cash is still at large.

Ali Lohan stepped out with big sister Lindsey on the Hawaiian island of Oahu earlier this week, looking surprisingly gaunt… even for a Lohan.

The sisters were in town to check out the Pipeline Masters surfing competition and to escape the crazy publicity surrounding the leak of photos from LiLo’s recent Playboy spread.  Ali, who turns 18 later this months now prefers to go by her full name of Aliana, stunned fans with her super-thin, bare mid-drift and uber-short jean shorts, as she strutted her stuff along the beaches of Oahu.  This comes only days after photos snapped pictures of a  frightenly waif-like, pale Aliana getting out of a black SUV in LA.

Looks like there might be a tough road ahead for the littlest Lohan.  Do you think she’s going to follow in big sister’s footsteps?

Ali, excuse me, Aliana Lohan has been the object of tabloid fodder of late, due to her startling different look for winter 2011 – and we’re not taking fashion here people.  The 17-year-old, who recently penned a deal with Next Model Management, is rumored to have undergone major plastic surgeries on her money-maker, including rhinoplasty, cheek implants, and lip augmentation.

New York City plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Turk broke down the changes in Ali’s mug:

The most striking changes are the nose and chin.  It appears that she has had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, giving her a narrower and more defined nose as well as a stronger jawline.

There is also evidence of cheek augmentation, either with implants or fillers. The brow has been elevated either surgically or with Botox.

I agree with the good doctor, but Ms. Lohan is whistling a different tune and says she was “cracking up” over the surgery rumors.

…Like, when would I do that (surgery)? I’m 17 years old. That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that? No! It’s not the right thing to do…

So, you’re using Dina Lohan’s parentally judgement as proof of whether or not you had surgery?  Yeah… you may want to rethink that.
