HOW CUTE? Country sensation Taylor Swift was such a beautiful and cute young girl. She is even more gorgeous and confident now! Taylor confessed that when she was a kid she used to be ashamed of her curly hair – it was “frizzy”, “annoying” and she hated it. Now we cannot really imagine Taylor without her trademark curly locks.

In a recent interview for ELLE Magazine (photos), Taylor Swift was asked who she finds hot and she promptly responded “Um, well… Taylor Lautner.” That’s it! Swift did not elaborate! We cannot blame her! We would have come up with the same answer.

Swift and Lautner aka Taylor Squared met while on the set of their movie “Valentine’s Day” (photos/video) and started dating almost immediately. Their relationship didn’t last long because of their busy schedules but they were the perfect teen couple for a few months.

With dueling covers for April, Elle Magazine has the ever popular Taylor Swift in two separate but equally beautiful shots. The superstar has a sparkly super feminine look on one and a little more edge and leather in her second cover.

What does she think of the media scrutiny surrounding her every move? Says Swift:

“I’ve had countless opportunities to do some really bad things,” confesses Swift. “And then people start combing through everything I do trying to find the next mistake and misperception, which leads to more scrutiny …. So it’s not only about your own moral compass, but the moral compasses of other people that you don’t know.”

One of her biggest fears: “Me making a bunch of bad decisions and embarking on a painful, slow, devastating tailspin.”

Ugh! Poor Taylor Swift was put on the cover of Russian fashion magazine Oops! and it’s just another unfortunate example of how photoshop can go so wrong so fast. It’s got a Heidi Montag way-to-much-plastic-surgery look to it. What do you think?

Here is Taylor Swift’s official music video for her single “Fearless” out of her hit album with the same name. The video is a montage of footage from the best of her Fearless Tour, which including some sexy hot scenes on stage, backstage scenes and the most important, Taylor’s fans! This is like a “thank you” note from Taylor to all her amazing fans for the fantastic year she had.

Country star Taylor Swift reveals she was shocked when she was invited to participate in the all-star movie “Valentine’s Day”, where she met her ex-boyfriend Taylor Lautner. Swift had a small role in the movie because of her busy schedule touring the country with her hit album “Fearless” but she still had a lot of fun doing it.

Lucky Swift and hunky Lautner started dating while filming the movie but broke up a few months later. Taylor Squared were both extra busy with their careers and they just didn’t have time for each other. The movie “Valentine’s Day” will premiere on Friday (February 12).

After dominating the music world in 2009, Taylor Swift is branching out in a decidedly unconventional way - by launching a greeting card line with American Greetings. Swift, who recently won four Grammy Awards, is heading for new venues in 2010 and the quirky-cute line of cards is just the beginning.

Says Swift: “My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could,” she says. “I feel the same way about greeting cards. I’ve always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience.”

Country sensation Taylor Swift and Glee star Cory Monteith were spotted getting cozy at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party and they also had had dinner at Jerry’s Deli a couple of days before. Could it mean the two are getting to know each other and may actually develop something more than just pure friendship? We hope so! They look super cute together too.

The talented 20 year-old took home FOUR trophies including “Album Of The Year” at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 31). 2010 will be another fantastic year for Tay!

Grammy golden girl Taylor Swift had a great Sunday night at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on January 31st. The Fearless songwriter picked up a number of trophies, including Album of the Year and Best Country Album at the Staples Center ceremony.

Swift, who wore a beautiful blue Kaufman Franco dress on the red carpet, also performed with Stevie Nicks during the show.

Taylor Swift is getting ready to perform live at the 52nd Grammy Awards tonight in Los Angeles. The singer is nominated for eight awards, including Album Of The Year for her multi-platinum release Fearless. Friday morning she chatted with Julie Chen on CBS’s Early Show about how happy she was to be nominated. Check it out above and watch her tonight.

Contrary to the rumors floating on the internet this past week, Taylor Swift will not duet with Kanye West on the re-recording of ‘We Are The World.’ The new version of the song is taking place on Monday, February 1st - the day after the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California and while Kanye may be there, Swift is headed down under to begin her Australian tour.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the song, the proceeds of this recording - which may include Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber - will go to Haiti relief funds.

Looking back on 2009, Taylor Swift has some great memories. Rolling Stone magazine caught up with the Fearless singer/songwriter and asked her about her very successful year and what she’s looking forward to coming up. Here is an excerpt that isn’t in the magazine:

Can you tell me about any of the influences we might hear on your next record?
I’m always going to love Keith Urban, I’m always going to love John Mayer. I’m always going to love people like that, who I feel are truly authentic, and that’s not to say that my music will ever sound like theirs, but I’m inspired by people who I feel know exactly who they are, and that inspires me to continue to figure out and inform who I am as an artist.

What I was getting at was when are you going to start rapping? I thought T-Sweezy was one of the highlights of 2009.
Did you really? [Laughs] The CMT Awards asked me, “Do you want to be a part of our intro?” and one of the first things that came to my mind was that I really, really want some excuse to be able to rap and go to the mall and go to those kiosk things and go buy bling and experience rapping in front of a car with spinners for the first time. T-Pain agreed to it and flew to Nashville and we were in a sweltering hot, 95-degree parking garage for an entire day shooting — I will never, ever forget that memory.
