Nina Dobrev has earned herself the cover for Seventeen Fitness magazine – Celeb Special Issue that hits May 3rd.

The actress is certainly in fine form and shares that she’s happy with her body; bruises and all.

“I’ve reached a point where I’m comfortable in my own skin, and I do what I need to do, to feel good, but I’m built the way I am,” Dobrev says.

“The dancer’s feet, the bruises on my legs, they’re not going to go away. I think real girls have bruises. Tough chicks get bruised. They get dirty. And they have fun. It’s just a part of life!”

The Vampire Diaries star stays fit by making sports a part of day at the beach, not suntanning.

“I don’t really wear stringy bikinis much,” Nina says as guys everywhere tear up a little.

” I wear a lot of thicker, sportier stuff, because I’ll play volleyball on the beach and go surfing and swimming. I’m not the lounge-in-a-chair-in-next-to-nothing-for-tan-lines kind of girl.”

OMG! Seriously?

Singer/actress Demi Lovato was recently asked if she believed in ghosts because the American Idol mansion is apparently haunted and the Idol contestants have moved out. Demi’s answer will shock you!

The 18 year-old, who spent some time in rehab for emotional and physical issues, said she actually believes in ghost because she saw one when she was only 8 years old. NO way!

Demi said, “I’ve seen a ghost before. It was creepy. It was in my closet when I was like eight and it scared me to death.” (watch video at TMZ here).

SPOOOOKY!!! Do you believe in ghosts? And do you believe in aliens? What about Bigfoot and the Tooth Fairy? I kid. Not really. I actually believe in all of the above, except the Tooth Fairy (DUH!).

Teen superstar Justin Bieber, who is currently busy promoting his movie “Never Say Never” in Europe, just snagged the cover of the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone Magazine (March 2011).

The 16 year-old was forced to answer some really tough questions about sex, abortion and health care. In my humble opinion, these are not appropriate questions for a teenager who is best known for being totally obsessed with his fair and Twitter. Anyhow, Justin did a great job dogging some controversial subjects.

Here are some highlights from Justin Bieber’s Rolling Stone interview:

On intercourse: “I don’t think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them. I think you should just wait for the person you’re… in love with.”

On abortion: “I really don’t believe in abortion. It’s like killing a baby?”

What if it’s the result of rape? “Well, I think that’s really sad, but everything happens for a reason. I guess I haven’t been in that position, so I wouldn’t be able to judge that.”

On homosexuality: “It’s everyone’s own decision to do that. It doesn’t affect me and shouldn’t affect anyone else.”

On health care: “Canada’s the best country in the world. We go to the doctor and we don’t need to worry about paying him, but here [America], your whole life, you’re broke because of medical bills. My bodyguard’s baby was premature, and now he has to pay for it. In Canada, if your baby’s premature, he stays in the hospital as long as he needs to, and then you go home.”

Teen superstar Justin Bieber, whose documentary movie “Never Say Never” hits theaters on Friday (February 11), has some big plans for Valentine’s Day, but, unfortunately, those plans do not seem to include his new girlfriend, Disney star Selena Gomez.

In a recent interview, Justin admits he wants to offer something special to the most important woman in his life, his mother Pattie Mallette. The 16 year-old apparently refused to talk about any other woman in his life at the moment.

“I think I’m going to get a huge basket and find a lot of cool stuff to put in it,” he says about planning a special Valentine’s Day treat for his mom. “She’s always traveling and losing stuff, so I’m going to get stuff she’s lost. I’ll get her flowers, and take her to lunch.”

On the other hand, Justin had no problem to reveal the rumor he would like to come true – kissing Beyonce Knowles! AH! Selena will not approve!

Emma Watson scored the Singapore cover of Seventeen magazine for December 2010. The Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 actress has a fresh holiday look for the year ending issue.

Emma is always stylish and fashionable but one  popular bandwagon the Brown University sophomore will not jump on is the celebrity fragrance train. Watson said:

“I can’t understand this fragrance thing. Why would you want to smell like somebody else? Don’t you want to smell like yourself?”

Watson is committed to continuing in the fashion industry in a capacity that helps others or the environment (such as her People Tree collaboration or her more recent pairing with Alberta Ferretti.) She is so strongly opposed to celebrity branding she said:

“The idea of making my own perfume makes me want to vomit.”

That’s pretty definitive. No Emma scent for the masses.

Evanna Lynch has a lot to be grateful for from Harry Potter author JK Rowling. The Deathly Hallows actress says that before she was cast as the lovely and loopy Luna, she wrote to Rowling and the mega-successful author was inspirational in helping her overcome an eating disorder at the young age of 11.

“I told her the books gave me hope, particularly Luna Lovegood,” said Evanna. “I told how I looked up to her. She wrote back and was like a counsellor. She told me anorexia is destructive, not creative, and the brave thing was not to succumb to it. I told her I’d love to be in the films and she encouraged that but said I’d need to be well to do so. In the end I think that’s why I recovered.”

Lynch, of course, went on to win the role she was so captivated with and has been able to put her anorexia behind her to costar in the HP films. (She really is a perfect Luna, don’t you think?)

Singer Taylor Swift, whose latest album “Speak Now” is an incredible success, confessed that she cannot live without some of her best friends and would love to take her BFFs, more specifically actress Emma Stone and Disney star Selena Gomez, on a road trip around the world.

When asked about the ideal travel buddies, Taylor said, “‘I would take my two best friends. One of those would be my friend, Emma. She’s an actress. She’s in a new movie called Easy A that’s really good. And then I would take Selena, my other best friend. So it would be Emma Stone and Selena Gomez. We would laugh a lot.”

OH! I had no idea Emma and Taylor were friends. They seem to be so different… but I can totally imagine the crazy wild fun the three, Taylor, Emma and Selena, would have on a road trip during which they wouldn’t be followed by paparazzi and could be themselves with no worries.

Jaden Smith’s sister Willow Smith, whose hit “Whip My Hair” became an internet sensation, has quite a positive attitude and a strong personality. Willow celebrates her 10th birthday today (October 31) and states she likes to be herself and will dress as herself for Halloween.

Willow said, “I’m gonna be myself, and I’m gonna go around the neighborhood saying, ‘Do you like Willow Smith?’ And then I’m gonna be like, ‘Ta-da! It’s me.’”

The singer claims that her famous parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, influenced her to be better, but never forget where she came from and to always be herself no matter what.

“I would go on tour with them and watch them and I’d be like, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s what I wanna do.’ I wanted to make a difference now, (and) because I wanted to be big and famous like my mommy and daddy and help people. They said never be afraid to be yourself, even when you’re in the spotlight,” Willow added.

Actress/singer Demi Lovato recently declared she hates most of those gossip sites out there that always post the most unflattering pictures of her persona. I totally understand Demi. Sometimes a girl wakes up and does not like what she sees in the mirror… or all over gossip sites!

Demi tweeted, “I love how some gossip sites deliberately post pictures with disgusting angles of me. Hahaha thanks guys… Thaaanks. Ps. I hate you.”

There is no reason for Demi to feel insecure about herself and her body image. The 18 year-old is super talented and absolutely gorgeous. No kidding. I have yet to find an unflattering photograph of Demi because I always think she looks fantastic.

Demi knows the price she has to pay for being famous. Fame is definitely hard to handle, especially when your whole life is being scrutinized and there’s a lot of people, who do not really know you, judging you and fabricating stories.

Demi said, “I love my job, but the negative stuff in the media can bother me. There have even been times when my parents have been worried about it. One time they woke me up in the middle of the night after hearing a rumor that wasn’t even close to true. It can overwhelming and I kinda feel like, ‘What am I doing this for?’ I spend all this time working so hard just for people to bad mouth me. But then I’ll watch a few fan videos that people have taken the time out of their day to make, and that’s what makes it worthwhile.”

At the end of the day Demi must realize it is all worth it because of her family, loyal friends and incredible fans. GossipTeen HEARTS Demi!!

Actor Zac Efron cannot go out without being recognized by fans and paparazzi, but what he secretly desires is some privacy to be with his girlfriend, High School Music co-star Vanessa Hudgens, without being constantly harassed.

The 22 year-old confessed that he even grew a mustache for the paparazzi not to recognize him, which didn’t last for long. Zac and Vanessa are used to that type of attention from the media and the fans and it doesn’t seem to be affecting their relationship.

How do you handle the fame and adulation?
I do sneak around a lot more when I go to the supermarket – it’s kind of ridiculous. I’ve found the best thing to do is try to avoid eye contact at all costs till someone says: ‘Hey, I know who you are. You’re Zac.’ I just try not to draw attention to myself. If people come up to me and say: ‘Hey, you’re that kid that sings and dances, that High School Musical kid,’ I will just say ‘no’ and keep going.

It must be tough having privacy, both for yourself and in your relationship with Vanessa Hudgens.
It can be. But we went to Coachella, the music festival out in the desert, earlier this year and I didn’t want to go as a VIP because that’s weird, I wanted to go and really be part of the festival. So I grew a moustache. We had two great days without being noticed before the paparazzi spotted us on the last day. I can go to a lot of places in Japan where people don’t recognise me, especially if I wear a mask.

Poor Zac! Now we understand why Zac decided to grow that horrible beard.
