Actress/singer Selena Gomez confessed she says the dorkiest things whenever she talks to boys during an exclusive interview with Twist Magazine. The 18 year-old is not exactly insecure, but we (girls!) all get that a bit nervous when we are talking to guys, especially if we really like them. Girls all around the world can relate to that.

Selena said, “I say the dorkiest things in front of guys. I’m so bad at talking to them, everything I say to boys isn’t cool! I think what make your dorky moments are what make you, you. I’d rather mess up a lot and just be quirky and be a dork instead of trying to be someone I’m not. I don’t want to force trying to be cool, because I’m not!”

“I think that no matter what, the right guy will like everything about you, even the dorky stuff. I mean, I’ve like dorky gusy before!”, she added.

Selena is right! “The One” will like the good things and the flaws. And being “dorky” is kind of adorably cute. So there will be no problem finding a boy who can appreciate you just the way you are.

“The Vampire Diaries” actress Nina Dobrev confessed she was deeply hurt when a good friend broke her trust and betrayed her in a recent interview for Twist Magazine.

The 21 year-old could not reveal what exactly her friend did to her due to its painful and private nature, but says it was absolutely devastating. Nina felt lonely and insecure. She had to learn how to trust someone again.

“I think betrayal is the hardest friendship problem anyone can experience, and personally, it’s the hardest thing that I’ve ever gone through,” Nina tells TWIST. “A few years ago, a friend I loved and cared about betrayed me.”

“I dwelled on it for such a long time. I didn’t think I would ever be able to move on,” Nina says. “I realized my negative feelings forward her were putting me in a bad place. I think everything is forgivable because there’s no point in holding grudges and bad energy towards people.”

Nina learned how to forgive and forget, putting the situation behind her to be able to move on with her life. Now she surrounds herself with positivity and true friends, the ones who would never let her down.

I guess we all have been through something like that at some point in our lives. Nina gives a great testimony and sends a good message for everyone who has been hurt by someone they trusted and cared deeply.

Country star Taylor Swift graces the cover of the upcoming issue of the Australian Cleo Magazine (October 2010). The 20 year-old is currently single and reportedly not looking for love, but she is completely dedicated to her friends.

Taylor confesses she is out-going, loud and too dramatic, which sometimes can be difficult when trying to maintain a romantic relationship. She said, “Sometimes, I get on my own nerves.”

Taylor’s new album “Speak Now” will be released on October 25, 2010. The countdown starts now… 28 days to go!

Country star Taylor Swift, who spent the past couple of years working on her new album “Speak Now”, admitted that she is currently single and happy. Taylor knows she will eventually meet the right guy (aka“the one” or Prince Charming), who will sweep her off her feet.

The 20 year-old is not actively looking for love since she has been so busy with her career, but she is also not running away from love. Whatever happens, happens! Taylor claims she continues to be the same girl she used to be. Taylor considers herself a easily approachable and “normal” girl.

Taylor said, “There’s a lot to distract me from dating. I don’t really sit around and wallow in being alone. It’s in my comfort zone, being single. I feel that a lot happens to you when you’re not looking for it, so I’m not actively looking. I don’t have a problem with being single. I don’t know how many are scared off. I try to be an approachable person and I don’t have a bunch of bodyguards or a big entourage. I’m just a normal person.”

Taylor had a relationship with Jonas Brothers’ Joe Jonas. That did not end well and the country star wrote a song to bash her ex-boyfriend, who reportedly has the bad habit of breaking up with girls over text messages. The singer also dated Twilight hunk Taylor Lauter and is currently rumored to be dating her “Mine” music video co-star, Toby Hemingway.

Actress Emma Watson, who plays Hermione in the Harry Potter series, took an opportunity to slam The Twilight Saga, when asked about her first kiss with co-star Rupert Grint in the final installment “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows”.

Emma said, “This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it’s been building up for eight films now. And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we’re not selling sex. So, whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited. In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn’t stop laughing.”

The 20 year-old doesn’t want to start a fight with the Twihards because I could bet Twilight fans would beat Harry Potter fans any day of the week. If Twilight sells sex, what the heck is Harry Potter selling?

Sorry, I’m really not a fan of Harry Potter, but I am a fan of Emma. I just wasn’t expecting such a smart and talented girl to try to compare Twilight with Harry Potter. The Hermione in Emma needs to stop feeling jealous of Bella Swan’s hot hunks!

Actress Dakota Fanning confessed that her very first girl-on-girl kiss happened on the set of the movie “The Runaways”. The 16 year-old, who played Cherie Currie, and co-star Kristen Stewart, who played Joan Jett, were forced to kiss for one hot scene, but Dakota says it wasn’t awfully awkward.

Dakota felt comfortable with Kristen. In fact, the two have become BFFs.

Dakota said: “Was it awkward? When you feel comfortable around someone and you have no defenses up, that’s when you’re going to be the best. I feel very comfortable with Kristen.”

Dakota is also growing up and wants to be able to take more risky and mature roles. Her career has been evolving naturally and the actress has her parents’ full support.

She explained: “I wanted to do a different kind of movie because I am getting older and my parents had no doubts about the project whatsoever. I think everyone was comfortable because it’s a true story.”

“My mom was there on set the whole time. My dad saw it at the Sundance Festival and I wasn’t really nervous because I’ve been doing this since I was six, so he’s used to seeing me in different situations.

“He says that when he watched it he didn’t even think it was me because I look so different and Cherie is not who I am in real life.”

Actress Anna Kendrick, who was nominated for a Golden Globe and an Oscar for her role in the movie “Up In The Air“, confessed she wanted to engrave a very rude word on her iPod, but was afraid she could offend other people.

“I wanted to have my red iPod Nano personalized with a rude word but I was afraid it would offend whoever had to do the engraving,” she said. “I also have the old iPhone. I don’t wait in line for technology.”

Anna is a simple girl enjoying the simple pleasures in life. Technology is not of one of her priorities yet we have no clue why would she want to engrave a rude world in a gadget… it doesn’t make any sense!

Actress Dakota Fanning is working hard on building a solid and serious acting career and she is currently living a dream after being part of two major and very successful movies this year, “The Runaways” and “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”.

However, the 16 year-old is mature enough to know that fame is ephemeral – it does not last forever – and her career could just “end tomorrow”. We doubt it. Dakota is a super talented actress, but we understand what she is trying to say.

“I know this is what I want to do for the rest of my life but I think that everything can end tomorrow,” Dakota confessed. “You have to live your life for the moment and not take it for granted. I don’t think you ever feel completely secure.”

Dakota also admits that she doesn’t know how to do anything else other than act. And, finally, she confessed she would love to work with actress Jodie Foster. Just ask Kristen Stewart! Kristen played Jodie’s daughter in the 2002 thriller “Panic Room”.

Dakota said, “I’d love to work with Jodie Foster. I really admire her, her career and what she’s done. I can only hope to be just a little bit of how great she is.”

We wish Dakota all the luck in the world. She totally deserves it and much more. There’s definitely an Oscar in her future.

This is absolutely HILARIOUS!! Actress/singer Demi Lovato was answering some fans questions during soundcheck at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts last week, when she warns some of her excited female fans about certain basic photographic rules.

Demi exclaims, “No up the skirt shots!” The 18 year-old Camp Rock star doesn’t want to be involved in an upskirt controversy like her former BFF Miley Cyrus got herself into a couple of months ago.

Jonas Brothers’ Kevin Jonas, who tied the knot with his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa late last year, said in a recent interview for UK’s Bliss Magazine that he was kind of disappointed with sex after vowing to remain pure until marriage.

Kevin said, “Sex was not worth the wait. After we did it, I was kind of like, that’s it?” And that is the advice he is giving his brothers, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas. Who must be totally hurt by this remark is his beautiful wife Danielle.

We bet Kevin will be sleeping on the couch for a week!!
