Tonight is the night! Gossip Girl celebrates its 100th episode with a royal wedding – Blair (Leighton Meester) is set to marry the Louis (Hugo Becker), but will she actually go through with it? How will Blair respond when she is forced to make the most important decision of her life? [sneak peek photos/videos below].

First things first. What could possibly get in the way of Blair and Louis’ dream wedding? There’s Chuck (Ed Westwick), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Nat (Chace Crawford), who still thinks he should have been the one marrying Blair. And, of course Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) is back, wants revenge and is more than ready to crash the wedding as a naughty altar girl.

Plus, what will happen when Blair finds out that her Prince didn’t write the vows, but one of his groomsmen, Dan, did!? Blair will not be happy. Could that lie end what is supposed to be the best day of her life? The wedding has all the ingredients for a scandalous disaster. Blair, the runaway bride? Yes, please!

Will Blair be running right back into Dan’s arms? Heck, I hope not. “Chair” (Chuck + Blair) are not over, executive producer Josh Safran teased. Chuck and Blair are meant to be together. They are both so wrong that they are right for each other. Perhaps, Blair will have some sort of epiphany and realize Chuck is the man of her life.

Meanwhile, Serena (Blake Lively) still has feeling for her now fake boyfriend, Dan. Drama. Lots of drama, romance and scandal. Now seriously? I’m officially jealous of Blair’s love life – three gorgeous men at her feet and all she has to do is make the right decision.

The special 100th episode of Gossip Girl will open with a fantastic musical number in dream sequence with Serena as Marilyn Monroe and Blair channeling Audrey Hepburn, while Dan has to choose between one of them. ABC Family’s new hit show “The Lying Game” tells the story of twins, Emma Becker and Sutton Mercer (played by Alexandra Chando), separated at birth who switch places in their quest to find their biological mother. The TV series based on the books by Sara Shepard (author of Pretty Little Liars) of the same title was just picked for a full season.

When Emma, a kind-hearted foster kid, switches places with her identical sister, Sutton, a spoiled brat adopted by a wealthy family who is apparently living every teenager dream, their lives will never return to status quo as they threaten to uncover their family’s darkest secrets.

The Lying Game 2×08 – “Never Have I Ever” – Synopsis:

With tensions already high, Emma is thrown into a tailspin when her creepy foster brother, Travis, shows up from Las Vegas. Seeing he has an upper hand with Emma, Travis decides to use his knowledge of Emma’s situation to his benefit. With her relationship with Ethan still strained, she has no one to turn to and forced to go along with Travis’ plan if she has any hope of getting him to leave her alone. But with her old life looming over her, will this be the straw that breaks Emma’s back? Meanwhile, Sutton is forced into Emma’s life when she is sent back to Las Vegas.

OH. MY. GOD. The Vampire Diaries returns with a devilish Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley), who now drinks human blood and hunts with Klaus, and a new hero, Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder), who is doing everything he can to track down his brother and bring him back to Elena (Nina Dobrev).

It’s Elena’s 18th birthday. A few months went by after Stefan disappeared with Klaus, Elena has been diligently searching for her one true love and does not believe Damon is as committed as she is. Elena has no reason to celebrate, yet Caroline (Candice Accola) is determined to throw her a big party.

Meanwhile, Elena’s brother Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) continues seeing the ghosts of his past girlfriends, Vicki (Kayla Ewell) and Anna (Malese Jow), while Caroline attempts to deal with the growing sexual tension between her and her best friend, werewolf Tyler (Michael Trevino).

Strike a pose!

The cast of Glee is on board with Vogue magazine and the Council of Fashion Designers of America to promote the annual Fashion’s Night Out event.

The PSA features Lea Michele and the cast taking on David Bowie‘s classic song “Fashion” and the entire video will debut on August 23rd on Vogue’s website.

Dianna Agron, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Jenna Ushkowitz and almost all the cast were involved – notably absent was Naya Rivera and Amber Riley.

FNO will take place on September 8th at participating in over 250 cities world wide with special extended hours, promotions and deals. Leading retailers including Lord & Taylor, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s and Nordstroms are among the businesses taking part.

MTV’s hot new series “Teen Wolf” premieres on Sunday (June 5), right after the 2011 MTV Movie Awards. Despite initially rumors the show would be a Michael J.Fox’s “Teen Wolf” remake, the only thing they really have in common is the title and the fact the boy turns into a werewolf.

And no “Teen Wolf” is nothing like Twilight. I’d dare to say it is the best show on MTV for years. It’s fun, exciting, dark, dangerous and full of those annoying teenage hormones. Boy loves a girl, boy turns into werewolf, and the girl’s father is a werewolf hunter. OH. THE DRAMA!

New York City is in full Glee-mania.

The cast of the hit TV show are filming the finale (the New Directions group is headed to Nationals) on the East Coast and Mayor Bloomberg took time out to welcome them at a press conference held at the Gershwin Theater.

Joking with the cast, the Big Apple Mayor said “Mayors don’t get a lot of time to watch television, so I don’t know much about this season’s plot but actually it would be great to see what happens with Finn and Rachel.”

“We’ve been filming ‘Glee’ in Los Angeles for two years. We’ve never met the mayor there,” said executive producer Dante Di Loreto.

The show is filming the season two episode (to air May 24th) and they will be around until the 29th. They are scheduled to shoot scenes at some of the major landmarks, including Lincoln Center, Times Square and Central Park.

So far, most of the cast has been spotted, papped and twitterazzi’d all around the city.

Marti (Aly Michalka) decides she wants to defend her ex-boyfriend Lewis (Robbie Jones) on her first ever solo legal case, but she has to convince her teacher Julian (Gale Harold) to let her officially represent him in the upcoming episode of Hellcats (1.19) titled “Before I Was Caught” on Tuesday (April 26).

Vanessa (Sharon Leal) and Red (Jeff Hephner) are shocked to find out that Red’s ex-wife, Emily (guest star Camille Sullivan), has been hired to dig up dirt on Lancer’s athletic programs and staff. Ashley Tisdale, Robbie Jones, Heather Hemmens and Matt Barr also star.

Mr. Schuester played by Matthew Morrison plans to teach McKinley High’s glee club member an essential lesson about self-acceptance and the importance of their uniqueness. Meanwhile, Rachel (Lea Michele) struggles with the imperfection of her nose and Emma (Jayma Mays) finally agrees to see a therapist.

GLEE 2.18 Born This Way Synopsis: In this sequel to the Lady Gaga-inspired episode of Glee, McKinley High glee club members Lauren Zizes (Ashley Fink) and Quinn Fabray (Dianna Agron) compete for prom queen and former member Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) returns to the school. The McKinley High glee club, New Directions, will cover Lady GaGa’s anthem “Born This Way” in a very special 90-minute long episode (2.18 – “Born This Way“) dedicated to self-acceptance, which will also crowd the prom queen and prom king on Tuesday (April 26).

Gleek Kurt, played by Chris Colfer, returns to school and he is more confident and better than ever. Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) joined Kurt for a very special rendition of “Born This Way” (listen to audio below). 90 MINUTES!! Lots of fun and music!
