Seriously?  Again?

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is back behind bars today.  This time, for lying to prosecutors about a medical condition in order to get out of her standing drug court appointment.

According to sources, the 22-year-old told court officials that she was,

…On doctor-ordered bed rest following laparoscopic gallbladder surgery… Amber’s attorney told the court she was ordered to remain in bed for 2-3 weeks.

Upon hearing this news, Amber’s case manager immediately called her doctor, who blew the whistle on the whole sham (Nice job, Doc.) and now Amber has found herself in the slammer until the Indiana court system decides her fate.

Might we suggest, some actual jail time?

Hip Pop music’s most dynamic mentor and mentee (and yes, we DID just make up the term “hip pop”, but doesn’t it fit these two just perfectly!?) Usher and Justin Bieber are the cover boys for this month’s issue Billboard Magazine and we’ve got to hand it to them – they totally deserve it.

As the cover art suggests, The Biebs and Usher are totally at the top of their game – The Bieb’s sophomore album “Believe” is set to drop next month and Usher, well, Usher is the one who has made Bieber Fever possible.

Despite his obvious hand in making Justin a household name, 33-year-old Usher took every opportunity during his interview with Billboard to gush about the incredible talent of his 18-year-old protege.

He’s always been a dope MC… ‘Boyfriend‘ was really the defining moment; it became No. 1 everywhere, which is what dreams are made of. Both of us are being modest about what our journeys have been in terms of songwriting: Justin really has participated in every writing session – that’s amazing… It’s easy to just dial something in, but if you make the music authentic, people feel connected to you as an artist from the beginning.

It’s nice to set major stars sharing the love!

Justin also raved about his relationship with his friend and producer,

[He's been] successful in everything that he’s done. He’s made some mistakes, too, but he’s learned from them, so he can tell me what to do and what not to do.

So, we’re guessing we won’t be seeing Justin’s boxer’s hanging out on stage any time soon…

Wow.  We know we’re in the business of crazy celebrity gossip, but this might just be too much – even for us.

According to reports, Joe Jonas is the latest celeb to sign on for the first season of FOX’s new dating show, The Choice, which features all the blind auditions and spinning chairs of NBC’s The Voice, only competitors are vetting for a boyfriend instead of a recording contract.

Among the laundry list of A, B, and Z-list celebrities appearing on the show are Dean Cain, Tyson Beckford (Um, really?  You’re like, one of the best looking men EVER.  You really need a game show to help you find a girlfriend?) , Taylor Hicks, Pauly D, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Rob Kardashian and Rob Gronkowski (of the New England Patriots).

The list goes on, but we pretty much didn’t know who any of the other “celebrities” were – nice work FOX.

In a very poignant moment on last night’s episode of American Idol, host Ryan Seacrest reached into his coat pocket for, what appeared to be, an engagement ring for longtime girlfriend and Footloose star Julianne Hough.

However, rather than popping “the” question, Seacrest asked his GF if she could pass along a handwritten note to her Rock of Ages costar Tom Cruise.

[Julianne] there’s something that’s been on my mind for a while… It’s a question I’ve been meaning to ask you and I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable…Will you…give this note I wrote to Tom Cruise? I’m such a big fan — I loved him in Cocktail…

Good one Ryan!

Although Julianne seemed relieved that her beau wasn’t getting down on one knee on national television, it sure made us wonder…  Is marriage on the horizon for this adorable couple?

We hope so – they would make the most beautiful little babies!

Fans of Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson better hang on to their fake vampire fangs, because a brand new RPats is coming to Tinsel Town.

In an interview for the special Cannes Film Fesitval issue of Premiere Magazine, the 25-year-old Brit dished about what it was like to dig in and test his acting chops, working with Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg.

Filming Cosmopolis with David changed something in me… It gave me balls. I have five projects lined up right now that follow the path that movie opened for me. Before, I spent my time doubting myself. As soon as I read a script that I liked, I was working myself up, asking myself if I was good enough. Now, I tell myself: ‘F-ck it! If they want to hire you, go!

We love this new brash and brazen version Robert and are totally psyched about catching Cosmopolis after it premieres at Cannes, later this month!

Hip hop diva extraordinaire Rihanna was rushed to an NYC hospital after a hard night of partying at the Met Ball Monday night.

After being admitted, the 24-year-old singer Tweeted the above picture of herself, but offered no explanation as to why she was down for the count, although a source tells Entertainment Tonight that the oft-controversial star,

…had a fever and flu since last week and needed an IV but is fine now.

Apparently, RiRi’s been battling a bug for some time now and even had to skip out on last Friday’s dress rehearsal for her Saturday Night Live appearance.

Wait, is a “bug” the same thing as partying way too hard for your own good?  We’re confused….

Hopefully, this trip to the ER will get the “You Da One” singer back on the straight and narrow.

During recent interview with Interview Magazine (makes sense…) 19-year-old pop star Selena Gomez opened up about why she chose to star in the upcoming Harmony Korine release, Spring Breakers – a film about sex, drugs, partying and well, basically everything Selena isn’t!

I was getting kind of repetitive in terms of the roles I was picking, and I really wanted to do something that was completely different… It was a ‘mark’ thing for me — like, ‘This is what I want to be doing.’ I want to be taking myself seriously as an actress, and this was definitely a stretch. I mean, I’d never smoked a cigarette before in my entire life. It was really funny — they had to show me how to do it.

Fellow Spring Breaker and Pretty Little Liars star Ashely Benson echoed Selena’s sentiment and added that most of their fans shouldn’t even be allowed to see the movie!

Harmony wanted to break us all out of the good-girl mold… For Selena, Vanessa [Hudgens], and me, our audience is all in their teens or younger, so they’re not even going to be able to see this when it comes out — it’s not appropriate.

So, let us make sure we’re getting this straight.  Does doing “inappropriate” movies make you a serious actress these day?  Because we were under the impression that making movies that are actually good was the way to get yourself taken seriously in Hollywood.  But apparently running in a neon bikini for 90-minutes does the same thing.

Go figure.

Va-Va-Va-Voom!

Glee stunners Lea Michele and Dianna Agron looked unbelievably gorgeous last night at the 2012 Metropolitan Museum’s Costume Institute gala in New York City.

Mrs. Monteith -er- Lea, was dripping in glam in her floor-length, skin-tight, navy gown by Diane von Furstenberg.  Her DVF Tonda Stingray clutch added a touch of function to the otherwise uber-sexy look.  We dig!

For her part, Dianna chose a bright green gown by  Carolina Herrera and killer heels by Sergio Rossi (although you can’t really see them under all that dress…)

Both girls looked picture perfect on the Met red carpet, but our vote goes to Agron.  The subtle hair and makeup really compliment her natural beauty and her dress’ plunging neckline adds just a touch of scandal to an otherwise demure look.

Despite the rumors that One Direction’s Niall Horan has been making eyes at “Give Your Heart a Break” singer Demi Lovato, it looks like the 18-year-old only has eyes for the girl next door.

Literally.

Apparently, while home in  Mullingar, Ireland over the weekend, the breakout pop star spend quite a bit of time with a cute little brunette named Ali McGinley before heading back stateside.

Sure, Niall and Demi would’ve made an all-star power couple, but we’ve got to admit, this Ali chick is super cute and we bet she’s got a killer Irish accent – and who can resist that!?

Certainly none of us 1D die hards!  Congrats to the happy couple!
