Demi Lovato has posted a thank you message to fans on her Facebook page.

The Sonny with A Chance star is still in treatment in the Chicago area for emotional and physical issues but does want her fans to know she is grateful for hanging in with her while she works on healing.

Demi said: “I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

Ashley Tisdale was lovely at the 2011 People’s Choice Awards. The event was held in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre Live where Tisdale stepped out on the blue carpet.

The Hellcats actress wore a strapless Farah Angsana maxi gown for the ceremony. The 25 year-old had her up in a slightly messy do to complete the downtown chic look.

Sisters AJ & Aly Michalka glammed it up big time as they hit the 2011 People’s Choice Awards at the Nokia Theater Live in Los Angeles. The 78violet duo both wore short skirts with their up hair pulled up

Aly’s show Hellcats was up for an award, however it did not win. The sisters (AJ is guest starring on the hit CW cheerleader show) tweeted their fan love as the night went on. Aly said:

“I’m still laying bed thinking of how incredible you all are. The fact that we had fans tweeting all day means the world to me! Im so thankful that Hellcats was nominated:) unreal! Xo aly. Thank you again for your constant voting for #Hellcats over these last few months! What a great way to start up Hellcats again in 2011.”

Selena Gomez and the Scene took the stage at the 2011 People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles on January 5th.

Selena walked the carpet in a one-shoulder dress from Paule Ka and later changed into a patterned waterfall hemline dress by Irina Shabayeva.

Selena Gomez and her band took the award for Favorite Breakout Artist at the ceremony after they performed for the star-studded crowd.

Emma Roberts came to the 2011 People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles and captured everyone’s attention looking every inch the serious fashionista she is.

Roberts wore a Christian Dior Spring 2011 ruffled chiffon dress in black for the event. Her hair was elegantly pulled back for a sophisticated look.

The 2011 People’s Choice Awards brought Taylor Swift out Wednesday night to the Nokia Theater Live in Los Angeles.

Swift chose the gorgeous spring J Mendel dress that actress Natalie Portman wore on the cover of January’s Vogue magazine (see that cover here.) The soft peachy pink cocktail dress looked wonderful on Swift and I’m so glad she decided to ditch the sparkles, at least for one night.

Swift won the trophy for Favorite Country Artist but even better, was acknowledged by Johnny Depp. Swift was presenting Depp with the Favorite Movie Actor award, Depp turned to her and said “Taylor Swift, by the way, Hello. My daughter [11 year old Lily-Rose] said if I didn’t say hi to you I’d be in big trouble.” How cute.
