Justin Bieber 3-D Movie: “Never Say Never” Poster
Written by Gossip Gal on October 15, 2010 – 5:56 pm -Teen superstar Justin Bieber’s 3-D movie title and poster have just been released. The 16 year-old is the star of the “documentary” titled “Never Say Never” (poster above), which will hit theaters in February of 2011.

Why “Never Say Never” you ask? Well, everybody used to say Justin couldn’t make it and that he would never become a star because no one would ever watch his silly YouTube videos.
“It’s from one of his songs, but also the idea of every moment in his life,” says director Jon Chu. “When he was a kid, some people said, ‘You can’t play the drums,’ and he did. Or, ‘You can post it on the Internet, but no one will see it.’ Then millions of people saw it. ‘OK, you’re a YouTube star, but you’re not signed anywhere …’ “
Yep, Justin did it! He is a major superstar. And if you are wondering, “Never Say Never” is also the name of the song featuring Jaden Smith, which is part of the movie “Karate Kid” soundtrack.

Justin Bieber 3-D Movie – Is It A Concert Flick Or Biography?
Written by Violet on August 4, 2010 – 5:38 pm -Justin Bieber is working on a movie of his life… sorta.
Let’s back up just a bit.
It was widely reported this week (here at GossipTeen too) that The Biebs is writing a memoir, of his 16 year old life. Well, that’s only partially true. The bite sized Canadian pop star has twittered about the real deal:
“It isn’t a memoir … I teamed up with this amazing photographer Robert and he has been taking pictures behind the scenes from before the tour,” Bieber wrote. “So the book will include all those pics and I’m going to tell the story of all that led up from rehearsals until the first night of the tour. Pretty excited about it and think everyone will enjoy the story and the pics. We can all agree I’m a little too young to write a memoir.”
Now that we’ve got that part cleared up, the movie is a kind of companion piece in a way. It will be 3-D, it will have some biographical elements to it but it won’t be purely about his rise to stardom. It will cover his concert tour and have behind the scenes looks at JB as he sets out to dominate the world, one tween at a time.
Davis Guggenheim (An Inconvenient Truth) will not be the director of said film. Once a helmer is put in place, Valentine’s Day is the goal for the opening date.
Biebernation is happening.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – A Director Is Chosen
Written by Violet on April 28, 2010 – 5:43 pm -Summit Entertainment has announced who the director for the fourth (perhaps fifth) film of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn will be. The chair goes to Bill Condon, the Oscar winner who steered Dreamgirls and Jennifer Hudson to Academy Award glory. Of course, Summit is dragging out the rest of the questions everyone wants answered: four films or five? 2D or 3D? Will everyone return to their original roles? When will filming start? (fall is the most likely) What is the target date for release? Here is Condon’s statement:
“I’m very excited to get the chance to bring the climax of this saga to life on-screen. As fans of the series know, this is a one-of-a-kind book – and we’re hoping to create an equally unique cinematic experience,” said Bill Condon.
While no one is officially locked down, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner’s schedules are suspiciously empty come fall and all are expected to sign on. (Let’s not have another Rachelle Leferve fiasco again, please.)
Finally a little movement on the final film in the Twilight series.
