Ali Lohan stepped out with big sister Lindsey on the Hawaiian island of Oahu earlier this week, looking surprisingly gaunt… even for a Lohan.

The sisters were in town to check out the Pipeline Masters surfing competition and to escape the crazy publicity surrounding the leak of photos from LiLo’s recent Playboy spread.  Ali, who turns 18 later this months now prefers to go by her full name of Aliana, stunned fans with her super-thin, bare mid-drift and uber-short jean shorts, as she strutted her stuff along the beaches of Oahu.  This comes only days after photos snapped pictures of a  frightenly waif-like, pale Aliana getting out of a black SUV in LA.

Looks like there might be a tough road ahead for the littlest Lohan.  Do you think she’s going to follow in big sister’s footsteps?

Ali, excuse me, Aliana Lohan has been the object of tabloid fodder of late, due to her startling different look for winter 2011 – and we’re not taking fashion here people.  The 17-year-old, who recently penned a deal with Next Model Management, is rumored to have undergone major plastic surgeries on her money-maker, including rhinoplasty, cheek implants, and lip augmentation.

New York City plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Turk broke down the changes in Ali’s mug:

The most striking changes are the nose and chin.  It appears that she has had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, giving her a narrower and more defined nose as well as a stronger jawline.

There is also evidence of cheek augmentation, either with implants or fillers. The brow has been elevated either surgically or with Botox.

I agree with the good doctor, but Ms. Lohan is whistling a different tune and says she was “cracking up” over the surgery rumors.

…Like, when would I do that (surgery)? I’m 17 years old. That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that? No! It’s not the right thing to do…

So, you’re using Dina Lohan’s parentally judgement as proof of whether or not you had surgery?  Yeah… you may want to rethink that.

The daughter of legendary Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, Frances Bean Cobain, addressed a rather long open letter to Ali Lohan, who she accuses of having no talent and achieving instant fame for being the baby sister of infamous Lindsay Lohan. Meow! Cat Fight!

This is my open letter to Ali Lohan.
Your not entitled to anything simply because your sister has a recognizable name. Your idea of fame isn’t fame. It’s infamy. You want to be famous? Work your ass off and make decisions that could potentially catapult your career into a lasting one. Notariety for who you are and notaritey for the work you produce are two completely differnt things. I understand that you have been brought up in an envirtoment where the idea of fame is easily achievable but, that’s not an excuse. You lack the talent, social understanding and credibility to be anything other then infamous. Your careere choices, thus far, will transcend a future career as someone who attempted to be famous, but never quite achieved it. And if you do, it will be the formality of fame that puts you on the covers of tabloids, while the public idly watches you plumit into the murky abyss shared with the likes of Spencer Pratt & Jon Gosslin who, i’m sure, will steal your money whilst there. Fortunately for the world, there are people who have and don’t have recognizable names, who have obtained artistic integrity and will one day, hopefully, bring that tangible artisticness into light again. Though, its hard to think thats achievable when people like You ali lohan are rendering the world of true talent by attempting to make your entitled ass noticed. How is this fair to the people who HAVE artistic integrity, or a mind? How is it fair to those who truly have something to offer the human race other then a dwindling last name and a few shitty films, both of which, solidified the idea that your just a celebrities sibling. I recognize that i might come across as harsh and no, i don’t personally know you, but its the actions that you take, that speak for you. You blatently don’t care how your recognized, its the objective to get famous and that is what makes you replaceable and a recycled idea .Well, im ashamed to have to be grouped into the same category of person as you. I would rather die a most painful death the be assoicated with the kind of careere your trying to make for your self. I hope i’m wrong because generally i’m not a very judgmental person, but in the case of you, that is MY entitlement.

Ali Lohan, looking much better and healthier than a couple of months ago, spent a nice evening with her little brother Cody Lohan and her mommy Dina Lohan at the Z-Com Wireless Store in New York this weekend.

Lindsay Lohan’s youngest siblings had a lot of fun playing around and DJing for the first time. Yep, I think it’s pretty clear one of them is about to follow the footsteps of their sister’s lover Samantha Ronson.

Ali Lohan and big sister Lindsay Lohan are enjoying the sun and hot weather in Maui, Hawaii. Ali is helping out her sister recover from a nasty breakup with her longtime girlfriend Samantha Ronson. The Lohan sisters seemed to be having a lot of fun playing in the water and they look great in their super tiny bikinis.

Lindsay Lohan’s cute younger sister Ali Lohan was out on Thursday night partying with her sister and mommy Dina and was spotted with what seems to be a bloody lip or, gawd forbid, herpes!!

Beautiful iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove lost the award for Best TV Actress to the “Wizards of Waverly Place” star, Selena Gomez, but accepted the Kids’ Choice Award for Favorite TV Show. Congratulations Miranda!

Lindsay Lohan’s little sister Ali Lohan is growing up fast, way too fast in my opinion. Yeah, Ali looks amazing for a 25 year-old going 30! Let me remind you Ali is just 15 years-old!!

The dress is beautiful but reveals more than what should be considered age appropriate. Well, at least she is not running around almost naked with no bra like Miley Cyrus!!
