After her highly publicized  arrest last week, Amanda Bynes is speaking out about the mistreatment she believes her received at the hans of the NYPD.

The 27-year-old former child star took to her personal Twitter account to launch a full-on assault on the New York Police Department for her “mistaken arrest” due to marijuana possession, attempted evidence tampering and reckless endangerment.

For once and for all, this is the last thing I’ll say about the mistaken arrest. I’m suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I’m suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will, then locked up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am.

Does anyone else have a headache?

Bynes is due back in court June 9th and was warned heavily by Judge Neil Ross that if she does not show up he will ”set a significant bail.”

For her part, Bynes doesn’t seem concerned about her ongoing legal woes.  In fact, the What a Girl Wants star even went so far as to Tweet that she is already “free forever” and is now looking forward to getting a nose job and  launching her rap career…

Another page has unfolded in the unraveling of child star Amanda Bynes’ career.  Apparently, the 27-year-old actress is now alleging that police sexually assaulted her during her arrest last week.

The Easy A star, who was charged with marijuana possession, attempted evidence tampering and reckless endangerment, Tweeted about the incident via her personal account.

Don’t believe the reports about me being arrested. It’s all lies. I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn’t let me.

The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me. They found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That’s why the judge let me go. Don’t believe any reports.

Whoooooooa.  If any of that is true, we’ve got to admit, it is pretty creepy.

Although this isn’t Bynes’ first run-in with the law, it is certainly one of the more significant given her recent antics.  We truly hope that Amanda can get herself back on track – and soon!  We miss having her as one of Hollywood’s good girls!

Just hours after being arrested for allegedly throwing a bong out her apartment window, troubled actress Amanda Bynes took to her Twitter account to dispel any rumors that she has a substance abuse problem.

I only smoke tobacco I don’t drink or do drugs. I’ve never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!

Ummm…  Are you sure ’bout that one Amanda?  After several eyewitness came forward speaking to the contrary, we feel like you may want to rethink that claim.

We just hope this arrest will be enough to get the East A star to seek real help!

Actress-turned um, eccentric fashion designer Amanda Bynes is up to her crazy antics again, this time taking to Twitter to showcase her new free-spirited hairdo.

Did somebody say Miley Cyrus rip off?

The 27-year-old captioned the photo,

buzzed half my head… No more old photos! This is the new me! I love it!

Whatever floats your boat Amanda – but we’re not so sure all this head-shaving is coming from a good place.  Amanda continued her bizarre behavior by sending out some serious hate Tweets aimed at the folks at Complex Magazine who’ve taken a direct stance against her crazy ways.

I’m hating the ugly people that work at @complexmag magazine for writing incorrect articles about me. Joe, Noah, Ernest, you ugly!

Amanda went on to add,

you’re ugly writers, I don’t want to be in your lame ass magazine thanks! So stop writing about me! I just read an article saying I’m having a break down on twitter. I tweet like every person on the face of the earth. I’m not making empty threats on twitter. Everything I say will come true for me. I don’t need your advice thanks! Are any of you multi-millionaires? I highly doubt it! Because I’m loaded! Millionaires do things less desperately than average folks like you. You are pathetic writers and a lame excuse for a magazine. I have so much money that I’m giddy all day, every day. Not needing to work again is far more impressive than any of your ugly writers careers. You write pathetic articles about me – you attack me yet know don’t know anything about me nothing for me. You’re writers are so ugly I don’t even care to be in your magazine. Scott Mescudi always looks ugly on the cover of your magazine. I hope your magazine goes under and you all fail at life like you seem to be by trying to knock down something like myself.

Normal-actress-gone-bananas Amanda Bynes is definitely not doing herself any favors these days.

The 26-year-old aspiring fashion designer posted the above pic to her personal Twitter account along with the caption,

In an interview with Us Magazine, the former Nickelodeon star said she’d recently lost “four pounds” but was working hard to get to her ideal weight of 100 lbs.

100 lbs?  What are you a 6th grade boy?  C’mon Amanda – you’re better than that!

For what it’s worth, we think you look fab.  Now get that head screwed back on straight and we’ll be in business!

In the most recent edition of Us Weekly’s “25 Things We Didn’t Know About…”,  trouble starlet Amanda Bynes revealed that since she’s moved to New York, she’s whittled her 5’8″ frame down to 121 lbs!

But that’s not all, the newly pierced beauty (see above photo) divulged that she’s hoping to drop an additional 21 pounds to get down to her goal of weighing only 100 lbs!

Now, is it just us or does that sound like, suuuper duper unhealthy?

We know Amanda’s been heading towards Crazytown lately, but after reading this list, we still have some hope that all her wild antics are just the tongue and cheek rebellion of a child star and not a full-on slide into Lindsay Lohan-ville.

According to sources, actress-turned-we’re-not-sure-what Amanda Bynes was recently able to reach a financial settlement in both of her hit and run cases.  Reports say that the LA City Attorney is not at all pleased about this development; especially because Amanda is still involved in a pending DUI case.

Yeah, we’re kind of with you on that one LA City Attorney guy…

Either learn how to drive or take public transportation like every other living breathing New Yorker!  Hey, you say you’re “retired” and want to be off the grid, so you might as well start living your life as a “normie” before you get in any more trouble!

In the wake of her slew of recent arrests, actress Amanda Bynes is attempting to defend her string of erratic behavior.  And by “erratic behavior” we mean a few hit and runs, a DUI, driving with a suspended license and being caught smoking from a pipe in the back of her car in the parking lot of a Baja Fresh…

However, after a news story surfaced about her wandering around an NYC tanning salon naked, the former Nickelodeon star issued a public statement:

I’m not ‘troubled.’ I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.

Fair enough Amanda.  Fair enough.

But don’t expect that whole “respecting your privacy” thing to take.  As long as you remain a 26-year-old multi-millionaire living in manhattan, spending crazy amounts of money and hanging with A-listers, you’re going to be the target of the paparazzi.

Want our advice?  Move to Montana.

After her numerous run-ins with the law of late, former Nickelodeon sweetheart Amanda Bynes is choosing her company a little more carefully.  According to insiders, the 26-year-old actress did her best to stay away from fellow cop-magnet Lindsay Lohan during a recent trip to New York City.

Amanda had contemplated staying at the Dream Hotel, but when she was told that Lindsay had been hanging out there, and it had been the scene of her most recent arrest, she crossed it off her list and is instead staying with some friends…

Apparently, Bynes was pretty upset by a Tweet Lilo posted regarding her recent arrests, which read:

Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? +

These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all*

Um, Lindsay?  You got put in jail because you are an absolute train wreck and we’re sure Amanda won’t be far behind if she keeps up with these kind of antics.  Wow, how old did we just sound there… 83, 84?

For her part, Bynes says that her missteps are a far cry from Lindsay’s patterns of erratic behavior.  A source close to the star revealed,

Amanda knows the press would go into a feeding frenzy if she and Lindsay were in the same place, so she is calling ahead to restaurants and stores to make sure that Lindsay isn’t there… Amanda just wants nothing to do with Lindsay and doesn’t know why she was commenting on her legal troubles when Lindsay is no saint herself.

Sources confirm that Amanda plans to relocate to the Big Apple permanently, to begin a full-time career as a fashion designer and we wish her the best of luck.  Just try and steer clear of smoking joints in Mexican restaurant parking lots – we hear the NYPD frown on that…
