Actress Ashley Greene posed completely nude only covered with a beautiful body paint bikini, which took more than 12 hours to be drawn by a special makeup artist, for a new SoBe Lifewater advertising campaign that will run in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
