Jessica Szohr was trying out a new look at the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue event at Eden in Los Angeles on Tuesday night and it’s, well, different.

The Gossip Girl actress wore a black see-thru lace dress with black bra underneath and had long shaggy bangs paired with electric blue eyeliner and looked messy at the stylish party. At least she took a risk!

Szohr, 26, was just cast as the lead in the film Owned, a high school comedy about a girl who tries blackmailing her unpopular neighbor only to have him end up on top of the high school food chain. Sounds similar to Easy A.

Hilary Duff is back to blonde!

The Elixir author took in the Soul Surfer premiere at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood with her new haircolor and trendy bangs. She looked fabulous!

The 23 year-old recently paid a visit to Edward Jenner Elementary Academy of the Arts in Chicago to volunteer her time for “Blessings in a Backpack.”

The organization provides food for underprivileged and low income kids when they leave school for the weekend, throughout the school year.

“Obviously most people think about feeding people in Africa, and I think that’s really important, too, but I don’t know how we can continue to help people if we don’t fix our problems here,” Duff said.
