Teen superstar Justin Bieber is begging is millions of fans to vote for him to win the Best International Breakout Artist at the 2011 Brit Awards, which will be held at the famous O2 Arena in London, England on February 15 (see video above).

The 16 year-old promised his British fans to attend the awards ceremony, but they have to vote, vote, VOTE. Justin must really want to win this – it’s just another award to join a huge collection of trophies.
