Demi Lovato has posted a thank you message to fans on her Facebook page.

The Sonny with A Chance star is still in treatment in the Chicago area for emotional and physical issues but does want her fans to know she is grateful for hanging in with her while she works on healing.

Demi said: “I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

Demi has lots of fans who are rooting for her!

The future of Demi Lovato’s TV show Sonny With A Chance, is up in the air. The Disney star, who entered rehab last week seeking treatment for “emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time,” was set to begin work on the show in January 2011 after returning from The Jonas Brothers Tour and holiday break. With Lovato currently in treatment for an undetermined amount of time, the show could be in jeopardy.

But now that Demi has entered a treatment center to deal with some personal issues — a rep for Disney tells us [TMZ,] “The health and well-being of Demi comes first and if we have to make other plans, we will.”

Whatever keeps Demi healthy and centered is the best thing that could happen. Hopefully she will come out of treatment and be ready to take on the world again, but if not I hope she and her family have the true courage it takes to walk away from Hollywood and stay focused on her recovery.

Did Disney cancel JONAS LA?

The fate of the show has been in question for a while as the ratings haven’t been what Disney hoped, but it does appear the decision has been made as the producer and director of both the show and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, Paul Hoen announced (then pulled) on his twitter on Sunday morning November 6th.

Did the director jump the gun? Is this info accurate?

Joe Jonas is heading to the CW‘s 90210 to play – Joe Jonas! The singer is putting more effort into his acting career, stepping into roles and adding to his resume. His guest appearance on Hot In Cleveland seems to be the start of more non-Disney work for Jonas.

In the November episode, Joe will go to a magazine party, as the date/escort of Jessica Lowndes‘ Adrianna.

Of course you can see Joe in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam and weekly on Disney in Jonas L.A.

Lovely Demi Lovato is front and center on the cover of Mexico’s Seventeen magazine.

The Camp Rock 2 star, who announced she was taking a break from twitter on September 9th,  had decided to return (if only temporarily) and tweeted this:

The return of Demi! Love it!

Selena Gomez latest song “A Year Without Rain” is getting a high profile premiere – September 3rd, following Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

That night is going to be packed with brand new Disney peeps: Chelsea Staub’s animated Fish Hooks gets it’s debut and the new song “Que Sera,” from Hannah Montana also marks it’s first look. Check the promo for Sel and Que below.

The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato gave a great performance of their Camp Rock 2 hit ‘Wouldn’t Change A Thing’ at the 2010 Arthur Ashe Kids Day event in Queens, NY kicking off the start of the US Open tennis tournament.

The 15th annual event is a great day for families and kids who can participate in tennis sessions or just hang at the concerts. Joe, Nick, Kevin and Demi were highlights for teens at this year’s afternoon festival. More photos and the video for Change below.

Demi Lovato blasts some happiness from the cover of Bliss magazine’s September issue. The Camp Rock star has had her share of ups and downs lately but you’d never know it from the smile on her face. She shares with the mag how she finds her personal bliss when it all seems too much:

“I love my job, but the negative stuff in the media can bother me. There have even been times when my parents have been worried about it. One time they woke me up in the middle of the night after hearing a rumor that wasn’t even close to true. It can get overwhelming and I kinda feel like ‘What am I doing this for?’ I spend all this time working so hard just for people to badmouth me, but then I’ll watch a few fan videos that people have taken time out of their day to make, and that’s what makes it worthwhile.”

She’s said it many times before but she always comes back to it – her fans are very important to her.

The World of Cars Online event launched the latest Disney virtual game world with lots of Mouse House stars showing up on August 11th.

Taylor Spreitler, who has a new show on ABC Family, Melissa and Joey, popped in to Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank which looks like the 50s style car hop from the Pixar movie Cars.

Zeke & Luther star Ryan Newman made the grade at the fun family afternoon.

Camp Rock 2 stars Chloe Bridges and Meaghan Martin looked fabulous for the gaming party.

Jonas Brothers’ Nick Jonas sings “Introducing Me” to his love interest, actress Chloe Bridges, in this new scene from Disney’s forthcoming movie “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” (watch video below). The soundtrack will be available on August 10 and the movie will premiere on the Disney Channel September 3.
