Justin Bieber will be the latest under-25 celeb to be honored by Variety’s Power of Youth on October 24th. The annual event highlights young stars who use their position of influence for social change and are involved in charitable organizations. Keke Palmer, Jesse McCartney and Miranda Cosgrove have been celebrated in the past.

Bieber works with Pencils of Promise, an organization dedicated to building educational means to communities worldwide.

VH1 Do Something Awards took place Monday night to honor people committed to social change. Joe Jonas, Debby Ryan, Demi Lovato, Kellan Lutz and Boo Boo Stewart all were honored or presented at the ceremony in Hollywood.

Kellan won the Do Something for the Animals award and Joe picked up the Do Something Music Artist trophy.

A new charitable campaign is underway from Neutrogena. Brand ambassadors Vanessa Hudgens and Hayden Panettiere helped announce the initiative by the cosmetics giant to give away up to $200,000 to various charities and teens can help decide who gets the money. By purchasing the Wave Sonic Power-Cleaner and Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit product, those proceeds will be used by GlobalGiving for disaster relief, education and environmental causes.

“Often people want to participate, but they don’t know how so the fact Neutrogena is opening the door and kids are getting to be a part of something and help the world is an amazing thing to be a part of,” says Panettiere.

Between now and August 23rd, go to Neutrogena’s Facebook page and take the quiz to determine where you want Neutrogena to give that green.

Joe Jonas is spending time in Maun, Botswana with Prince William as the duo work together for conservation efforts in the African nation. Check out the interview with Joe above.

Prince William and Prince Harry are also taking part in World Cup festivities (England takes on Algeria on Friday) in South Africa later in the week.

Kevin Jonas is taking on the games of NBC’s hit show Minute To Win It to bring home the cash for his cause Change for the Children Foundation. Kevin’s appearance won’t air until Sunday, May 23rd but the eldest Jonas Brother is keeping busy. He’s gearing up for season 2 of their hit Disney show, JONAS and he’s getting ready to launch that whole Camp Rock 2 tour (with brothers Nick and Joe and Demi Lovato) you might have heard about.

Jesse McCartney is participating in the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Races event this year in Long Beach, California. The annual event takes place on April 17th and McCartney and other celebs (Keanu Reeves, Christian Slater and Adam Corolla are a few,) begin practicing now for the 1.97 mile street circuit through Long Beach.

Toyota will donate $5,000 in each celeb’s name to Racing for Kids charity and the winner gets an additional 5k donated to the organization of their choice. Racing for Kids benefits hospitals in the Long Beach/Orange County area.

Joining Kristen Bell and Brittany Snow, The Jonas Brothers are the latest celebs to hop on board and promote TOMS One Day Without Shoes cause on April 8th.

iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove was in New York City on Friday and stopped at Z100′s Jingle Ball 2009 holiday concert at Madison Square Garden. The December 11th event supported the Food Bank of NYC. Cosgrove was in a giving mood. Earlier that day she was at the Today Show and helped out with their annual toy drive. The actress was also honored on the 9th at the Power of Youth event in Beverly Hills for her work with St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Nickelodeon’s newest star Victoria Justice, made an appearance at Variety’s Power Of Youth event that took place on December 5th in Los Angeles. The party was held at Paramount Studios and benefited the Starlight Children’s Foundation and LA’s Best.
