Dianna Agron lands the September cover of Cosmopolitan showcasing her latest hair cut.

The 25 year-old from Savannah, Georgia expressed her desire to keep her life private because it can affect your ability to work.

“It’s really sad looking at people like Lindsay Lohan. She’s an amazing actress, but you see what happens when people know too much about your personal life,” the Glee actress shared.

“They start not being able to look at you the same way professionally. I don’t want that to happen to me.”

Well, DUIs and stealing things don’t help either.

Agron, who’s messy public split from actor Alex Pettyfer is behind her now, is currently rumored to be keeping company with Sebastian Stan.

A rosy pink dress and a cheery smile accompany Leighton Meester on the cover of Cosmo UK September 2010 issue. The Gossip Girl actress gives up the details of her life compared to her GG character Blair Waldorf:

• On playing a mean character: “I am living my dream and having the time of my life! I’m lucky because I get to do that all day long and play a character who has a lot of noble qualities as well. I am really lucky she is such a well-written character.”
• On whether people expect she will be like Blair in real life: “Most people just run away, so perhaps that’s what they’re thinking! I think for the most part people understand that it’s just a character.”
• On whether her high school experience was similar to Gossip Girl: “The complete opposite, to be honest. I had lived in NYC before but not in the Upper East Side – it was in the Upper West Side, which was very different. When I was a teenager I was in a public high school. I certainly was not popular by any means, and I didn’t have a car or a lot of money, so it was very different.”

Leighton is hard at work in New York on Gossip Girl and she has lots of movies due out next year (see the full list here.)

Australian magazine Girlfriend also gets the Meester touch this month. So much Meester magazine love, so little time.

Selena Gomez is so in demand right now. She’s working on the movie Monte Carlo with Cory Monteith and Leighton Meester, her other flick, Ramona and Beezus is due out soon and her hit Disney TV show Wizards of Waverly Place has been renewed for a fourth season.

The actress has also landed the Dutch issue of Cosmo Girl and looks great on the summer issue.

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively is beautiful for Malaysia’s Cosmo cover. The Green Lantern actress also landed Vogue’s June issue and looked super gorgeous. (Check it here.)

Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz hit Cosmo Magazine’s radar as a Fun Fearless Male for their February issue and the actor stopped by to party with the other guys Monday night in NYC. While Breaking Dawn is rumored to start filming this fall (and will be split into two films – just like the Harry Potter series finale) the Emmett Cullen actor isn’t resting on his vampire laurels. The actor is costarring with another Twi alum, Ashley Greene in Warrior and the latest Nightmare on Elm Street reboot. Oh yeah, and there are those hot hot hot seriously sexy Calvin Klein underwear ads…

The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley got the ‘Fun, Fearless Male’ nod from Cosmopolitan Magazine for their February issue and the actor dropped by the party Monday night to celebrate. Held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City, the actor posed for the photographers solo and with Kellan Lutz, the other vampire actor on the scene.

Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick was named a Fun Fearless Male by Cosmopolitan Magazine for the February 2010 issue. Westwick, who will play Heathcliff in the big screen movie version of Wuthering Heights, attended Cosmo’s dude bash on Monday March 1st in New York City at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel to celebrate with other fun, fearless guys.
