Dianna Agron lands the September cover of Cosmopolitan showcasing her latest hair cut.

The 25 year-old from Savannah, Georgia expressed her desire to keep her life private because it can affect your ability to work.

“It’s really sad looking at people like Lindsay Lohan. She’s an amazing actress, but you see what happens when people know too much about your personal life,” the Glee actress shared.

“They start not being able to look at you the same way professionally. I don’t want that to happen to me.”

Well, DUIs and stealing things don’t help either.

Agron, who’s messy public split from actor Alex Pettyfer is behind her now, is currently rumored to be keeping company with Sebastian Stan.

“Glee” star Lea Michele, who really seems to be everywhere lately (… annoying!), flashes a lot of skin in a black dress with a plunging neckline on the cover of the upcoming issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine (March 2011)- more pictures below.

The 24 year-old actress will have the honor of singing at the Super Bowl XLV before a special episode of “GLEE” (watch promo video HERE). Lea explains how boring her life was while growing up, reveals how she would enjoy a perfect night and talks about Glee cast hookups.

On growing up: “I never did drugs. I’m proud of that. Acting always came first.”

Her idea of a perfect night: “Take a shower, put on a robe, pour myself a glass of wine and Skype with [boyfriend] Theo. That’s the best.”

On ‘Glee’ cast hookups: “I’m so thankful that doesn’t happen. If people hooked up, there’d be awkward tension.”

British pop star Pixie Lott looks flirty and sexy on the cover of the latest issue of Cosmopolitan UK Magazine (July 2010). The 19 year-old believes that every woman can be sexy as long as they have confidence and feel good in their own bodies.

Pixie said, “It’s the way you feel. If you’re happy in your skin, confident and enjoying life with your friends then it definitely shines through. People automatically think you’re sexy when they see that.” The girl has a point! Pixie, I want that fabulous blue dress!!

Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz hit Cosmo Magazine’s radar as a Fun Fearless Male for their February issue and the actor stopped by to party with the other guys Monday night in NYC. While Breaking Dawn is rumored to start filming this fall (and will be split into two films – just like the Harry Potter series finale) the Emmett Cullen actor isn’t resting on his vampire laurels. The actor is costarring with another Twi alum, Ashley Greene in Warrior and the latest Nightmare on Elm Street reboot. The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley got the ‘Fun, Fearless Male’ nod from Cosmopolitan Magazine for their February issue and the actor dropped by the party Monday night to celebrate. Held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City, the actor posed for the photographers solo and with Kellan Lutz, the other vampire actor on the scene.

Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick was named a Fun Fearless Male by Cosmopolitan Magazine for the February 2010 issue. Westwick, who will play Heathcliff in the big screen movie version of Wuthering Heights, attended Cosmo’s dude bash on Monday March 1st in New York City at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel to celebrate with other fun, fearless guys. Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester, who is currently working on her debut album and new movie “The Roommate,” covers the latest issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine (June 2009). Leighton reveals she loves to play bad girl Blair in the hit TV show, contrary to belief she doesn’t like bad boys and she is afraid to say “I love You” too soon.

Leighton On Playing Baddie Blair Waldorf: “The evil side of Blair is somewhere in me. Acting her out is like therapy. I get to do things nobody would ever say or do in real life.”

Do You Nice Guys Really Finish Last? “I’m not into bad boys. I think the term is stupid. A guy who cheats on you or is not nice to you? What is that? Nowadays, I’m much more mature in relationships. I’ve let go of the bullshit. I think more about the deal makers than the deal breakers. I want a guy I can look up to.”

Leighton on Real-Life BF Sebastian Stan, who also plays Carter Baizen on Gossip Girl: “I’ve never fallen in love right off the bat. I get scared to say, ‘I love you’ too soon because it means so much. It means you’re not seeing an end to things.”

Leighton on Blair’s Romance with Chuck Bass (Played by Ed Westwick):“They’re so perfect because they get each other. Chuck knows about her deep, dark side and he finds it hot. But the best part of their relationship is that it’s realistic. People don’t always date for a while and then slowly fall in love. They start by hooking up one night. It takes time to get to know someone, and then you realize that you’re in love later on.”
