Zoe Kravitz stepped out to the photo call for her new film, Yelling to the Sky in Germany this weekend where the movie debuted at the Berlin International Film Festival.

Kravitz earned cheers from the crowd for her portrayal of Sweetness O’Hara, the troubled teenager of a depressed mother and alcoholic father who ends up falling into drug use after her friend is shot and killed.

The 22 year-old actress said of her character:

“Even though I didn’t grow up in those kinds of circumstances — I was very blessed — I was still lost and confused and alone and sad and angry, all the very human emotions that I think we all feel,” the 22-year-old told reporters after a well-received screening.

“So I think at the end of the day, we are all Sweetness.”

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 premiered in New York City on Monday November 15th at Alice Tully Hall and Lourdes Leon hit the black carpet for the event.

The 14 year-old daughter of Madonna was casual cool in a blue dress with a skull print scarf and union jack clutch. The teenager is currently in the drama program at LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts and works with her famous mom on the line of juniors clothing, Material Girl, sold at Macy’s. Elle Fanning has grabbed a plum part in director Sofia Coppola’s latest film Somewhere. Dakota’s younger sister is poised to shine on her own in the father/daughter drama set in Los Angeles. Fanning is the 11 year-old Cleo, who gives her father (played by Stephen Dorff) a reason to change. Here is the official synopsis:

Johnny Marco (Stephen Dorff) is a bad-boy A-List actor stumbling through a life of excess while living at Hollywood’s legendary Chateau Marmont Hotel.  His days are a haze of drinks, girls, fast cars and fawning fans.  Cocooned in this celebrity-induced artificial world, Johnny has lost all sense of his true self.

Until, that is, his 11-year-old daughter Cleo (Elle Fanning) unexpectedly shows up and unwittingly begins to anchor him.  Johnny’s fragile connection to real life slowly revives in her presence. So when the time comes for Cleo to leave, his sense of loss is palpable, but the gift of hope she has also brought him leads to a beautiful, poetic denouement imbued with all of Coppola’s remarkable powers to conjure mood and atmosphere.

Quiet and understated, Coppola’s movies are magnificent hidden gems to discover and she brings out wonderful performances in the actors she casts (think Scarlett Johannson and Bill Murray in Lost In Translation.) Taylor Momsen is the face of Material Girl, the new juniors line of clothing debuting at Macy’s this August.

The clothing line developed by Madonna and her daughter, Lourdes Leon, is a family affair even when it comes to advertising pics as the OG Material Girl took to the lens herself to shoot Momsen for the new ad campaign. Daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, Bristol Palin makes her acting debut, playing herself as she welcomes Amy (Shailene Woodley) to a music camp for teen moms on an upcoming episode of “The Secret Life of The American Teenager”, which will air on July 5.

The 19 year-old teen mom did a pretty good job. Everybody’s saying Bristol can’t act, but we can’t be too harsh on her. She is not an actress! Bristol did improve a lot from her teen pregnancy PSA (watch video here) to her role in the show. Congrats Bristol!!

Frances Bean Cobain hit up Day 2 of the 2010 Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival in Indio, California. The daughter of musicians Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, Frances grabbed an icy drink to cool off while strolling the tents with a friend.

Frances seemed to put her personal troubles away for the moment. The teen is believed to have won another extension to the restraining order she has against her mother earlier this week.

Shailene Woodley will have a pretty infamous guest appearing on her hit ABC Family TV show. The Secret Life Of The American Teenager will see Bristol Palin in a cameo spot this summer during the show’s third season. The daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, Bristol will play a friend of Amy’s (Woodley) at a music program for teen mothers. No word on Levi Johnston (Bristol’s baby’s daddy) showing up to spoil the scene.

Possible pairing: teen star Vanessa Hudgens may be the daughter to super diva Mariah Carey. The two are both in talks to star in a musical comedy based on singing competition shows like American Idol and X Factor.

“Vanessa Hudgens has already been approached for the daughter role. The only sticking point seems to be whether Mariah feels comfortable playing mom to a teenager. She’s a little sensitive when it comes to her age.”

Could be interesting.

Cougar Town actress Courtney Cox’s little five year old daughter, Coco, has a crush on Zac Efron. Cox and her husband David Arquette, arranged for Efron to meet her as a surprise, however Coco was so overcome with shyness, she ran into another room to escape the actor.

She explains, “Coco gets these huge crushes on people. One day we decided to surprise her and invite Zac Efron over. We didn’t tell her he was coming – she just loves him. We had a video camera up and we told her to close her eyes, (then said) ‘Open them now!’

She freaked out. She was traumatized and ran to her room… She was like, ‘Oh no! I don’t want to go out there!’ I was trying to help her and she said, ‘Well, it’s his face!’”

Poor Coco! But Efron better watch out for mom – Cox has said she thinks he’s “hot” and he’d be perfect on her new show Cougar Town. Cox told ETOnline:

“Zac Efron would be perfect, but Zac probably has too much confidence to be real prey for a cougar.”

Efron has a lot of female fans in the Cox-Arquette household.

As I’ve mentioned before, I just adore Cam Gigandet. Can’t help it – the guy is just seriously hot. That being said, I also happen to love seeing pictures of him with his girlfriend, Dominique Geisendorff and their cute as a button daughter Everleigh. He always seems genuinely happy to be with his family.

Gigandet has a few movies upcoming that I am looking forward too: The Roommate with Leighton Meester and Priest and with Paul Bettany.
