At least she didn’t pull a total Miley Cyrus!

Yesterday, “Heart Attack” singer and style chameleon Demi Lovato debuted her darling new ‘do to her 12.4 million closest friends via Twitter and we’ve got to admit – we L-O-V-E the look!

The 20-year-old X Factor host has admitted that she’s become a bit addicted to revamping her look – the girl’s sported at least a half dozen hair colors in the last year alone!  In a recent interview with The New York Times the songstress divulged that most of her fashion choices come out of sheer boredom.

That was just like, ‘What can I do next? I’m bored…

So we have to wonder, is that where her affinity for tattoos comes from?  The actress-turned-singer-turned-X Factor judge has been inked in 24 different places already!  She’s even admitted,

I feel like I have too many tattoos to go back to acting.

In Hollywood, there’s no such thing as too many tattoo, Demi!  Just ask Johnny Depp!

The last couple of years may have been a low point for former Disney star Demi Lovato, but at least she’s using her struggles to help others who may be going through the same thing!

In a recent interview with Fabulous Magazine the 19-year-old pop star opens up, albeit reluctantly, about her experimentation with illegal drugs.  Namely, her use of cocaine.

It’s something I don’t really want to talk about… What I can say is that I was depressed. I would come off stage in front of 18,000 people and suddenly be alone in a hotel room. I’d come crashing down and would try to find a way to recreate that feeling, to stay ‘up’.

Lovato went on to add that getting her hands on drugs and alcohol was never a problem.

Promoters gave me drugs and alcohol in restaurants or clubs. They wanted me to come back so I would be seen there. They were basically kissing my as… I thought they were my friends. I thought I was having fun. Being a celebrity can be dangerous. Nobody says ‘no’. That’s why so many end up overdosing and dying. It could definitely have happened to me.

As Demi’s days of partying were coming to an end, the Camp Rock actress decided it was time to check herself into a rehab program – and it was the best and hardest decision she ever made.

It was really, really hard and scary. I was homesick and lonely and several times I thought [bleep] it, I’m leaving… I had 14 hours of therapy a day. I listened to music and learned to knit. When I finally left, it was like being let out of prison… I’m not saying I’m perfect, or fixed, but I am learning to love and accept myself… My outlook is more positive and I am happy.

And we’re happy you’re happy Demi!

While in Venezuela yesterday promoting her latest single “Give Your Heart a Break”, pop star Demi Lovato was attacked by a hoard of crazed fans!

We’ve never really understood why fans go crazy and attack the very people they worship and adore…  Wouldn’t it be more productive to like, we don’t know, just snap a photo or something?

After recovering from nearly being smothered to death by her adoring fans, the newly light-haired Lovato took to her Twitter to vent about the attack.

17 freaking bodyguards yesterday and I STILL got my hair pulled!!! Hahahahaha Venezuela you are INSANE!!! I love you guys.

Pop star Demi Lovato flashed a sultry, makeup-less grin for her Twitter followers last night and can we just say – NO FAIR!

The 19-year-old looked absolutely flawless in the Twitpic and we’d like to know just who she thinks she is making the rest of us feel like ugly trolls!

Demi included the caption “No makeup! Goodnight. xox,” along with her pic, just to make sure we all know how absolutely stunning she is -without even trying.

You win again Lovato.  You win again.

Twitter-aholic Demi Lovato is always spouting off provocative and controversial Tweets to her millions of followers, but today, the 19-year-old took things to a whole new level.

After signing off from social media nearly a week ago, former Disney star Demi Lovato  has finally decided to make her dramatic return to the Twitterverse.

Hooray!

And it  seems that, at least for now, Twitter is the only thing the 19-year-old will be returning to – that’s right everyone, the social media sign off was not due to the Skyscraper songstress landing herself back in rehab.  Demi told E! News that “all the treatment rumors are utterly false.”

Phew!

However, although Demi has us all pleased as punch that she’s rejoined the world of the Tweeting, we weren’t exactly overjoyed to hear that she won’t be returning to the screen anytime soon.  In an official statement made to UK Glamour, the pop star shared the following:

Right now I don’t need to get in front of a TV camera which adds 10 pounds and makes you feel more self-conscious about your body image… Being on camera makes me nervous. It takes a level of confidence and security which I’m still working on. I’m walking with my head held high, but I never forget that I’m a work in progress. When I’m ready, I’ll find the right role and get back into it, but for now, I’m being cautious.

Good for you Demi!  We’ll all be here waiting for you whenever you decide the time is right!

It looks like the oft-controversial, former Disney starlet Demi Lovato is finally trying out her “edit” button out for size – at least in the Twitterverse anyway.  In a surprising PR move, the 19-year-old said “sayonara” to her 5,637,588 followers today Tweeting,

Twitter break. It’s for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble! Haha. Anyway… BYE!

Um, what!?  Is this for good?  Where are you going Demi?  That is NOT enough information – I know you only have 140 characters, but c’mon!  You can’t just abandon us like this!  DEMIIIIIIIIIIII!

Demi Lovato may be one of Hollywood’s “It” girls right now, but that doesn’t mean the 19-year-old doesn’t have a few complaints for the man upstairs.  The former Sonny with a Chance star took to her Twitter today to file an official grievance with Heaven’s customer service department.

Sometimes it seems like God just keeps throwing crap my way and I get SO angry with him… But there’s never a doubt in my mind He’s gonna pull me through it all. I know you’re there God. But umm… Really dude?

Dude?  Hey Demi, if you think things are tough now, just wait and see how bad they get if you keep calling God, “Dude”.  Demi continued her tirade about her terrible misfortune Tweeting,

He never fails to show me He’s by my side though. Even in the tough times. I’m not very religious but I’m VERY spiritual and I DO believe in God. I’m not perfect or preaching! Just tweeting…

Alright, I like where your head’s at Demi, but let’s keep the complaining to a minimum – you do make your living singing songs to millions of adoring fans – it can’t be all bad.

Former Disney sweetheart Demi Lovato took to her Twitter yesterday to put the channel that made her a star on blast for making light of eating disorders.  The 19-year-old lashed out against the joke  ”I could just eat you up, well if I ate.” from the show “Shake it Up” Tweeting,

I find it really funny how a company can lose one of their actress’ from the pressures of an EATING DISORDERand yet still make joke about that very disease….. #nice.

The network was quick to respond via their PR Twitter account (isn’t it nice how everything is so personal these days?) and assured the irate actress that the joke would be pulled from the episode.

We hear you & are pulling both episodes as quickly as possible & reevaluating them … It’s NEVER our intention to make light of eating disorders!

Glad that’s settled!

Pop singer Demi Lovato showed off her new tattoo in a picture posted on her Twitter account yesterday.  The 19-year-old had the word “faith” inked on the back of her right forearm, most likely to commemorate the two years since checking herself into a rehabilitation facility.

When the “Skyscraper” singer had the words “Stay Strong” tattooed on herself back in March, she remarked that she chose those words because of the support she felt from her family, friends and fans during the difficult road to recovery.

The journey that I went through and the support of my fans was so meaningful to me that I wanted to thank my fans in a way that I know can never be forgotten.

But those aren’t the only tats the former Disney star is sporting these days - Demi also has a small heart tattooed on the inside of her wrist because it was …”something that my fans were actually drawing on their wrists while I was still in treatment.”

I wonder what tattoo #4 will be???
