She has been hit with these rumours before and has denied them, but once again the possible Emma Watson as-fashion-designer talk is buzzing around the net. This time, the soon to be college freshman at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island will team up with People Tree and launch a line of eco-friendly and ethical designs. The Harry Potter actress has said in the past the she wouldn’t do a clothing line to feed her ego, however she might be open to helping out a cause. Fair trade, organic, sustainable and ethical sound like ideas Watson could go for but it would be difficult for her to do so while attending her first semester of college.

The new movie Personal Security may or may not have teen star Miley Cyrus attached to it, but now we know for certain, Hugh Jackman will not be playing her bodyguard in this particular film. Just before the 4th of July, news leaked of a business dinner between Jackman and Cyrus and multiple studio execs. The resulting story was of an updated version of The Bodyguard starring Miley and Hugh – minus the love story angle. Interestingly enough, it’s taken Jackman’s reps a month to finally say “totally false” to the rumoured pairing.

Despite rumours to the contrary, Miley Cyrus has gone on record to tell fans that no, she did not receive any kind of promise jewelry from Nick Jonas.

From her Twitter page: “I woke up this morning and thought I’d check up on the daily gossip and apparently Nick Jonas gave me a $75,000 ring? It’s all true. Ha! Don’t believe anything until I Tweet it. (Unless it’s good news of course).”

Cyrus has said recently that she is single.

‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer Katy Perry has taken to her blog to say, no, she and Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy did not get engaged in Paris as was reported on many a website.

In a posting entitled “From the horse’s mouth”, written on her blog on Wednesday she proclaims, “NOT engaged! But thanks for the free press, New York Daily News! You should fact check with the source before you spread world-wide news like that.”

Perry and McCoy have been dating for a long time and McCoy is godfather to Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson’s baby boy Bronx Mowgli. McCoy also gave Perry a promise ring this past summer.

The Jonas Brothers are still together and still strong according to their post on their MySpace page. Kevin Jonas is not attempting to fly the coop and deliver new music without his siblings. The three brothers hope to continue together for years to come.
