American Idol alum Jordin Sparks is taken to a magic world in the music video for “The World I Knew”, released as the theme song of Disneynature’s new movie “African Cats” (watch video below).

The music video features some exclusive scenes from the movie. If you haven’t watch it, you don’t know what you are missing. The movie tells the story of a lion cub (it’s the most adorable thing ever!) and a cheetah mother, who will do anything to protect her cute cubs.

African Cats Official Synopsis:

African Cats, referred to as a “true life adventure,” tells the true story of two animal families in the wild by using real-life footage. The film focuses on a young lion cub named Mara being raised by her mother, Layla, a mother cheetah named Sita who is raising five newborns, and Fang, the leader of a pride defending his family from a banished lion. With so many species competing for space and food in the savannah, the animals must figure out the best way to survive.

Demi Lovato and her boyfriend, Joe Jonas recorded a duet for the latest documentary from Disneynature: OCEANS. The ‘Make A Wave’ singers appeared on the blue carpet at the premiere on Saturday afternoon (April 17th) to support the project, along with brothers Nick & Kevin Jonas. Chloe Bridges walked the blue carpet for the premiere of Disneynature’s OCEANS on Saturday afternoon, April 17th. The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam actress was on hand to support her costars, The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.

Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas have recorded the duet ‘Make A Wave’ for the Disneynature movie Oceans, releasing in theaters April 22nd, 2010. The song which is playing on RadioDisney now, will be available to purchase on iTunes March 15 and the DCWF (Disney Wildlife Conservation Fund) will distribute the proceeds to environmental charities.
