When you are one of the richest young actors in the world, what do you do with that money? Some party it away and others make smart choices for their future. Daniel Radcliffe is looking ahead and has purchased several properties in New York City as investments. He has an apartment in SoHo, a three bedroom condo with a view of the Hudson river and now he has a townhouse in the Greenwich Village area. The actor is back in the UK filming the final installment in the Harry Potter franchise: Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. He may eventually end up living in one of these homes when he returns to Broadway next year but for now he is a just a young, talented landlord. The picture below is the interior of his new house.
