VH1 Do Something Awards took place Monday night to honor people committed to social change. Joe Jonas, Debby Ryan, Demi Lovato, Kellan Lutz and Boo Boo Stewart all were honored or presented at the ceremony in Hollywood.

Kellan won the Do Something for the Animals award and Joe picked up the Do Something Music Artist trophy.

Nina Dobrev has autographed a pair of jeans from Aeropostale for the annual winter Teens for Jeans campaign. DoSomething.org organinzes the drive to help homeless teens in the US, Canada and Haiti. Teens for Jeans is a donation campaign that DoSomething.org and retailer Aeropostale sponsor every year to help homeless youth throughout the United States and Canada. Last year, Chace Crawford was the spokesperson for the jeans drive, this year, Ashley Greene and Justin Long get involved.

Ashley shared, “When I heard the statistics, it was hard to ignore. Traveling the country for Twilight and New Moon has given me the opportunity to meet teens from a wide variety of economic backgrounds. I want to do everything I can to help young people take action about this important issue.”

Jesse McCartney was on hand on December 5th at Variety’s Power Of Youth event benefiting the Starlight Children’s Foundation and LA’s Best. The singer and actor was honored for his ongoing commitment to the City of Hope organization. Enjoy the pics from the weekend.

DoSomething.org is teaming up with the cast of the hit ABC Family channel show The Secret Life of the American Teenager to battle against hunger. ‘Feed The Need’ is an annual food bank drive to help combat hunger during the roughest winter months ahead. Join Shailene Woodley, India Eisley, Ken Baumann, Francia Raisa, Megan Park and Greg Finley to stock local food pantries.

Last Fall you and DoSomething.org collected 1 Million Pounds of Food. This November, let’s do even more to Feed The Need.

Starting November 1st, middle and high schools, sports teams, Do Something Clubs, church groups and teens nationwide will lead food drives to help fight hunger and bring hope to communities in need.

Organize a food drive in your community! Submit your drive by December 15 to help us reach our goal of 1 Million lbs of food collected by teens. You could win a pizza party sponsored by DS and a $1000 donation to your local food bank!

Make it fun! Hold a Feed the Need challenge between grades or homerooms and see who collects the most.

Madame Tussaud’s in Hollywood hosted a big bash for the great under-25-volunteer organization DoSomething.org. The ‘Power of Youth’ event was attended by tons of teen celebs: JoJo, Corbin Bleu, Debby Ryan, Abigail Breslin, Ashley Greene, Maggie Grace, Christian Serratos, Victoria Justice, Jake T. Austin, Shenae Grimes, Lucas Till, Chelsey Staub, Shailene Woodley, Drake Bell and Josh Hutcherson. The stars were out on the red carpet Saturday night.

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford is featured on DoSomething.org for the cause, Teens For Jeans. Crawford urges you to donate your gently used demin to Aeropostale to help out homeless teens. Starting tomorrow (January 26th) until February 22nd, you can bring the jeans to any Aeropostale store and get 25% off a new pair. It’s a great cause and everyone has jeans that you don’t wear. Clean out your closet and help out disadvantaged teens.
