Shay Mitchell attended the 2010 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event in Los Angeles. The awards ceremony was taped at the Shrine Auditorium on Saturday, November 20th but broadcast last night on Thanksgiving.

The Pretty Little Liars actress wore a beautiful long black gown by Laundry and amazing jewelry from Basile & Pape.

Mitchell and the PLL gang will return to ABC Family with new episodes on Monday January 3rd, 2011.

CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute 2010 was broadcast on Thanksgiving night (November 25th) and highlighted some amazing people from around the world. 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord was one of the celebrities on hand for the event (which taped Sunday, November 21st in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium) to applaud the everyday people whose work and self-sacrifice improve the lives of others.

McCord is a strong supporter of The Blind Project, a non-profit organization who mission is to end human trafficking around the world. The actress must have been particularly gratified to see 2010′s winner Anuradha Koirala of Maiti Nepal. Koriala works to end trafficking, provide rehabilitation to those who have suffered from it and to work with the vicitims to gain legal justice from their abusers.

Happy Birthday to Miley Cyrus! The superstar turns 18 today and the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer is enjoying herself to the max. Miley has said she plans on having a very long celebration:

“I have a birthday month. I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake – [it’s] all about me on Thanksgiving!”

Cyrus has already started her parties. On Sunday November 21st, after her performance of “Forgiveness and Love” at the 2010 American Music Awards, (see photos here) she headed to Los Angeles hotspot Trousdale for some fun. Demi Moore, Rumer Willis, Kyle Massey, Kelly Osbourne and her mom Tish Cyrus all headed inside to dance and enjoy the evening.

Miley made waves that night with Nickelodeon star Avan Jogia. The two were photographed as the Disney teen leaned back and Avan kissed her neck. While the photo is steamy (check it out below) the two are reportedly still “getting to know each other,” and she is happily single playing the field.

She’s 18 and enjoying herself – good for her!

Camilla Belle was stylish and fashion forward at the 2010 Latin Grammy Awards held in Las Vegas last week. The actress wore the floral print skirt and orange bodice with green obi dress from Carolina Herrera’s upcoming 2011 Spring line to the music event. Belle was a presenter with her From Prada to Nada costar Alexa Vega.

Variety’s 4th Annual Power of Youth 2010 event was held on Sunday October 24th at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles and Justin Bieber was among this year’s honored guests. Bieber has been very active with Pencils of Promise – the wonderful group that promotes change through education starting with the simple promise of a pencil.

Justin had more than pencils to hand out tonight though. The 16 year-old pop star is performing a sold-out show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday night and the generous Bieber reserved 500 tickets to give away for kids to come and have a good time and forget their troubles for a night. JB said via his twitter:

“heard there are a lot of kids at this event who havent had it easy. I know what that is like so i got some surprises. Now out in Ontario getting ready for the show but want to say thank u to @Variety for the Power of Youth ceremony 2day. Best part was I got to surprise the charities being honored. My show tomorrow at the Staples Center in LA is sold out but… …We saved 500 tickets to give 100 each to each charity being honored to give to kids in need and let them have a fun night they deserve. I know what its like to have some tough times so I hope those tickets make u kids coming smile a little. Gonna be a fun show. Thanks.”

That’s a great thing for Justin to do!

Victoria Justice hit the bright lilac carpet on a sunny Sunday to attend Variety’s 4th Annual Power of Youth 2010 event in Los Angeles. The celebration took place at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles and the star of Nickelodeon’s Victorious! was one of the honorees for her work with GirlUp – the United Nations Foundation organization that encourages American teenage girls to reach out to girls in developing nations and “High Five” them (donate $5) to fund educational, health care and clean water efforts around the world.

Justice and her costars recently finished filming the Victorious/iCarly cross over episode and her Halloween special The Boy Who Cried Werewolf had it’s debut Saturday (October 23rd) on Nick.

Aimee Teegarden stepped out Sunday afternoon to Variety’s 4th Annual Power of Youth 2010 event in Los Angeles at Paramount Studios. The Friday Night Lights actress was as beautiful as ever (seriously – does she ever take a bad picture?) as she celebrated the philanthropic efforts of her peers.

Teegarden is part of Disney’s Prom, the film follows a group of teenagers and their emotional highs (and lows) as they get ready for the big night. The FNL star also will appear in Scream 4 with Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere.

Wizards of Waverly Place star David Henrie arrived for Variety’s 4th Annual Power of Youth 2010 event at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Sunday October 24th.

Henrie was one of the honorees for his support of LA’s Best, the after-school program in Los Angeles that is dedicated to providing educational and engaging activities for elementary age children who need of a safe place.
