Jordin Sparks shows off her impressive weight loss in a twitter self-portrait she posted last week wearing mismatched bikini pieces.

The 21 year-old American Idol winner has lost a reported 30 pounds in the recent months by changing her way of living and was, maybe, perhaps, just a little inspired for some revenge.

Sparks phoned into On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Friday and the host asked her if the revenge bit was true.

Jordin told Seacrest ”you know what, it was just one of those things and it just started instead of just talking about being active, I made it a priority.”

Adding, “I was talking to somebody and then we just decided we would be friends and it was one of those things were I was turning 21 and New Years was coming and it was like I’m not going to start my resolution on New Years day, I’m going to try to start it early and just stick to it.”

Sparks is very smart and doesn’t completely deny she wants someone else to know what they’re missing.

“Well if I had revenge, I hope it worked!” she said.

Indeed!

Justin Bieber is working it out.

The 17 year-old singer is putting a lot of effort into his health and his physical stamina so he can perform nightly on stage. Bieber works with a personal trainer and eats pretty healthy.

His vocal coach, Jan Smith said: Although Bieber occasionally indulges in junk food like Doritos and Fruit Roll-Ups, “He’s pretty good about his diet,” Smith said.

Even Rihanna has admired the Biebs work. She said on twitter after the two had dinner together:

“Justin Bieber just flashed me his abs. Wow! He actually had a li’l six pack!”

Aly Michalka is simply gorgeous in OK! magazine’s “Dresses That Get You Noticed” photo shoot. Aly dons a purple dress with black lace overlay from GUESS and looks like she’s ready for a New Year’s Eve bash. Michalka tells the mag:

Do you have a kiss planned for midnight this New Year’s Eve?
I’ll probably be in L.A., and I have somebody who is not in L.A., so I’ll have to wait until after New Year’s. But that’s all right.
