Justin Bieber puts his collar up for the February March issue of Girl’s Life magazine.

For the 100th issue, 16 year-old Bieber reveals his romantic side and talks about his first kiss:

“I told all my friends, ‘The first person to kiss a girl gets $10.’ So, my boys, they didn’t kiss anyone and they were like, ‘Justin, you should do it.’ I was slow-dancing with this girl and just went in! Back then, I was just some hockey-playing kid, so I was lucky she even kissed me back.”

Bieber also told the mag he’d like to take a girl on a hot air balloon ride.

Justin Bieber had an allergic reaction on the set of CSI Wednesday evening and was taken to the hospital.

The teenager was filming for his February episode of the CBS drama and had breathing difficulty. Bieber was taken to Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California for care. Everything was all right and he was released almost immediately.

“He is fine,” Bieber’s rep says. “He had a mild allergic reaction while they were wrapping up last night on the set of CSI. His doctor met him at the hospital to make sure everything was OK. He was released within the hour after his doctor declared him fine. He is back on set working today. All is well.”

JBiebs returned to the set today to finish filming his February 17th episode titled “Targets of Obsession.”

The 24 year-old actress is in the upcoming film I Am Number Four, where she met her current boyfriend Alex Pettyfer on set. Agron said of her meeting with him:

He was great. I mean, I didn’t meet him until the day before the table read. And I thought, “Okay no judgments” he’s British, he’s very attractive, he’s the lead in this movie, let’s see. And you realize quickly with him, he’s very worldly. He’s from Europe; he’s been traveling and kind of exploring and taking in people from all different walks of life his whole life. And he was very passionate about this film and about what we could do and what we could explore with it. I think it shows in the trailer, I mean he looks amazing and so focused, and yeah I can’t wait to see the whole thing and kind of really see how it all turned out.

Dianna’s film opens February 18th and Glee returns following the Super Bowl on February 6th with a super-sized edition.

Lucy Hale is Teen Vogue’s cover girl for the Febraury 2011 issue.

The 21 year-old actress and the rest of Pretty Little Liars cast returned to ABC Family last night (after months of waiting!) with the new episode “Moments Later.” Hale is getting noticed as Aria on PLL and the star says she wasn’t even all that interested in acting at first. Hale says “I wanted to be a singer.”

She tells TVogue about how she got started in Hollywood, maybe music is in her future and the politics of show business:

On how she started out: “I’ve only been living here for a few years. I never thought about acting when I lived in Memphis—actually, pretty much the opposite. I wanted to be a singer. Someone randomly suggested I audition for a few things. I thought, Why not? And I got a role on [Nickelodeon's] Drake & Josh. It was literally just a sentence, but I was so excited to be an actress.”

Is she going to move into a music career? “All I can say is that if I ventured out into that world, it’d be a dream come true. I took guitar a while back, and my heart wasn’t in it at the time, but I’m ready to try it again. I sing in the car, at home—it’s a huge part of my life, especially since I’m from Tennessee. When I’m ready for it, I’m going to dive into it 100 percent.”

On how to handle the back-stabbing world, Hollywood or high school: “There’s jealousy everywhere and tons of politics. The problem is that people in L.A. never really have to grow up,” she says. “Everyone needs to chill out. There’s room for us all.” The solution she found (which, she adds, is “pretty much the same way you should deal with high school”) is simple. She says with a shrug, “Surround yourself with the right people, and realize your own worth. Honestly, there are enough bad people out there in the world—you don’t need to be your own worst enemy.”

Justin Bieber’s biopic/concert movie Never Say Never is headed to theaters in February and the second movie trailer is here. Bieber’s flick looks the years he spent in Canada trying to get noticed and behind the scenes of his tour this year. The film combines home movies with concert footage to give Justin’s fans a chance to see the a day in the life of teenage superstar.

The movie opens February 11, 2011.

Nickelodeon knows Victoria Jackson’s new show Victorious! is highly anticipated by her fans. While her new show doesn’t premiere until March, Nick viewers will have a chance to see her guest star in The Troop’s latest episode on Secret Crush Weekend, starting February 5th. After Gibby introduces his new girlfriend Tasha to the group, tempers flare when Gibby finds Tasha and Freddie in what he misunderstands as a compromising position.  Gibby vows revenge and challenges Freddie to a fight.  Meanwhile, Spencer’s art career really takes off when the local paper incorrectly reports his death.

8:30PM – Big Time Rush “Big Time Love Song”

The guys all chase the same girl, causing problems in the band for the first time.  Gustavo wants the guys to sing a syrup-y love song as their next single, but their journey through love, fighting and heartbreak lead them to record the song as an anti-love song.  Lorenzo Llamas guest stars as the kooky Dr. Hollywood who has to treat James when he has a mysterious allergic attack.

Saturday, Feb. 6

Taylor Swift has grabbed the GL (Girl’s Life Magazine) cover spot for their February/March issue. The singer shares her philosophy on being single:

“I typically don’t ever have a boyfriend on Valentine’s Day. I see it as an opportunity to just hang out with my other single girlfriends,” she recently
told Girls Life magazine. “Being single is something that I have never looked at as being a curse. It’s that time for you to figure out what you like and how you like to spend time by yourself. That’s a gift.”

The singer, who has remained friend with her ex Taylor Lautner, will share the big screen with him (and lots of other Hollywood superstars) in the film Valentine’s Day, opening February 12th.

Rihanna is fierce and sexy for the February cover of W magazine. The Bahamian born singer is focusing on her music, the release of her 4th studio album, Rated R, and less on the domestic abuse she suffered at the hands of her then boyfriend Chris Brown. Writing the lyrics to songs for this album, she used her trauma of the past year to write her most personal songs ever.

“When I first worked with her, on her second album, she was very—I don’t want to say obedient, because it sounds like you’re describing a dog—but she would take my suggestions without question,” says Ne-Yo. “She trusted me, which was cool, but I told her that I ultimately wanted to get to a point where she would give me input, where she’d be a collaborator and not a puppet. And now I think we’ve gotten there. She’s showing parts of herself that she didn’t show before because she didn’t want to scare anyone off. She’s experienced some pain now, and it’s helped her grow to a point where she’s able to explore it.”
