Vanessa Hudgens has new ink!

The 22 year-old Beastly star is in New York City this week attending fashion shows and she stopped off last night to get something else fashionable: a butterfly tattoo on her neck.

Hudgens and her friend, MTV Australia host and DJ, Ruby Rose had dinner with friends Lisa and Jessica Origliasso of The Veronicas. After dinner Rose accompanied Hudgens to tattoo artist Bang Bang in NYC and the actress left with her first tattoo.

The DJ posted the photos on twitter and said:

Please dont blame me.. But i may have convinced Vanessa hudgens to get a tattoo… Now. Her first.. By bang bang

She also mentioned that Nessa was deciding between her neck or her rib cage for the butterfly. Guess we know what she chose!!

Always adorable and fashionable, Chloe Moretz went to the I Am Number Four premiere at the Village Theater in Westwood, California Wednesday (February 9th) night.

Moretz wore an Alexander Wang dress with halter top neckline and seriously cute Mary Jane style shoes. She looked fabulous.

The Let Me In actress is also celebrating her 14th birthday today!

The talented Joe Jonas already has legions of girls swooning over his every move, but when they find out he can blend a special perfume just for you – well, he might have to give up his music career. InStyle Magazine is reporting that The Jonas Brothers singer spent time at the Aromachology pop up store in Toronto and whipped up a one-of-a-kind mix for somebody special.

“…a new custom fragrance line based on personality. To select the top-notes, Jonas picked three words that best described his lady: creative, courageous, and sexy. Also? He signed the card “With Love.” We’re not sure who the lucky recipient was, but we’re seriously considering mixing our own scent online now.”

Getting some practice time in as you learn to drive is difficult if you are as well known as Daniel Radcliffe. Besides being really busy with filming and promotional obligations, actors are usually driven to and from sets so the 20 year-old Harry Potter actor tried to better his driving skills by leaving London and heading to the southern coastal town of Poole for lessons.

The congenial actor also caused a bit of a stir when he popped into a wedding reception at the hotel he stayed at.

Musician Stuart Darling, 24, who performed at the wedding, said: “He seemed very happy and comfortable having photos taken and signing autographs. He was a thoroughly nice chap.

“He said he was down from London taking some driving lessons where it was quieter, and seeing a friend.

“I presume he was on his own – I didn’t see anyone with him. He was probably a bit lonely and came out to socialize”

The Equus star appeared to enjoy himself and spent time dancing with the bride and bridesmaids until 1:30am.

That really is cute. How can you not love Daniel?

Out Sunday afternoon with her sister Brandi, friend Kristen and momager Tish, teen star Miley Cyrus was citrus-y bright in a cute strapless orange dress. The girls had manicures, pedicures and a tanning session for their relaxing sunny August day.

Is Joe Jonas ready to move on after his break up with Camilla Belle? It could just be friends going out together or it could be the start of something more, but Brenda Song was Jonas’s companion for dinner at Los Angeles hotspot Katsuya. In some weird ploy to evade the waiting photographers – The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star ran across the street to hop into Joe’s waiting car. I have to say, that was bizarre – trying to avoid the paparazzi at Katsuya in LA – the snappers are PARKED there to get pics of celebs. Pointless maneuver – there are plenty of other restaurants if you don’t want to be photographed together.

Miley Cyrus has confessed to thinking Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty is a genius and now the two will work together on a track for her upcoming movie, The Last Song. Thomas, who is currently out supporting his solo work, is friends with movie director Adam Shankman (Miley’s director who posted the pics of her sorta lap dance) and was approached by Shankman to work on a song for the movie.

Should be a great song. Thomas certainly can make a hit record and Miley is on top of her game.

Having a casual day out with her mom and a friend, Miranda Cosgrove celebrated her 16th birthday on May 14th, in Los Angeles. Her mom and friend grabbed a cake early in the day and the trio had lunch together at Cafe Was. It also looks like Cosgrove got Guitar Hero: World Tour for her sweet sixteen.

Travelling in Cambodia while on her gap year, Princess Eugenie (6th in line to the British throne) and a friend were caught up by muggers as they strolled around the Phnom Phen, the country’s capital city. The thieves were wrestled to the ground by her protection detail: two bodygaurds who are part of Scotland Yard’s elite SO14 protection services. The 19 year old royal and pal were whisked away as the would be robbers started throwing rocks at the bodyguards and the protection officers did manage to get back the friend’s handbag. It is believed that the robbers did not know who she was and thought the girls were just normal backpackers travelling thru the city.

The Royal Protection Services bodyguards have not had to stop a direct threat to a royal in 10 years and the cost of providing around the clock safeguarding has come under scrutiny in Britian, especially for Princess Eugenie and her sister, Princess Beatrice, daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

The OCA sent us [TMZ.com] this statement: “The photograph of Miley Cyrus and other individuals slanting their eyes currently circulating the Internet is offensive to the Asian Pacific American community and sets a terrible example for her many young fans. This image falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent…

Not suprisingly, the OCA is looking for an apology.

What I want to know is why can’t this kid stop getting her damn picture taken? When is it going to get drilled into her skull that she needs to live some of her life away from the cameras? How long will it take for her to realize that not everything in her life needs to be documented.

In my mind, it’s not just about this particular incident, (which in front of or behind a camera is not right but how serious depends on your outlook.) What’s really troubling is this girl seems to have no capacity or desire to live away from the camera. I don’t care if it’s a ‘friend’ who took this – she has to know by now that a picture of her will find it’s way onto the internet. Cyrus can’t be that dumb. Do her parents ground her like normal teenagers? Probably not. What will Disney do now? Her Hannah Montana movie is due out shortly and it could be a nightmare for promoters if this causes an uproar. I think it’s a little unhealthy that she seems to want to be in the spotlight all the time. It will not be good for her in the long run.
