Justin Bieber puts his collar up for the February March issue of Girl’s Life magazine.

For the 100th issue, 16 year-old Bieber reveals his romantic side and talks about his first kiss:

“I told all my friends, ‘The first person to kiss a girl gets $10.’ So, my boys, they didn’t kiss anyone and they were like, ‘Justin, you should do it.’ I was slow-dancing with this girl and just went in! Back then, I was just some hockey-playing kid, so I was lucky she even kissed me back.”

Bieber also told the mag he’d like to take a girl on a hot air balloon ride.

Lucy Hale has the party spirit on the cover of Girl’s Life magazine for the winter months. The Pretty Little Liars actress is in demand as the show is hot hot hot and while it doesn’t return until January, here is a little Lucy to tide you over.

On who she would kiss under the mistletoe: ” [I've] Never [been kissed under the mistletoe]! Can you believe that? I feel like that only happens in movies. That will be my goal this year. I love Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He’s adorable, so he’d be my pick!”

On being good pals with on-screen love interest Ian Harding: “He has such a genuine, relatable quality. He’s so sweet and a loyal friend. We’re always talking to each other about the people we’re dating. I could see myself being friends with him for a long time.”

On her PLL costars: “Ashley [Benson] and I find the same things funny. And we love to decorate. Our dressing rooms were old and dusty, so we went to Target and got sheets to cover the couches and add bright colors. We totally made everything over. Troian [Bellisario] is one of the smartest people I’ve ever met. She’s got a great head on her shoulders, and she’s a sweetheart, too. She’s [Shay Mitchell] outgoing and glamorous. When Shay walks into a room, all heads turn!”

The October/November issue of Girl’s Life magazine scored Nina Dobrev as their cover girl.

The Vampire Diaries actress really has her plate full this season playing both the vampire Katherine and human Elena Gilbert. In full scale TVD promotional synergy – the song used in the behind the scenes peek at the photo shoot for the magazine is Sky Ferreria’s “Obsession,” the lead single off The Vampire Diaries soundtrack. Actress Selena Gomez graces the cover of the latest issue of Girl’s Life Magazine (August/September 2010). In the interview, the 17 year-old talked about growing up too fast, making mistakes, falling in love and boys.

Actress Demi Lovato graces the cover of the upcoming issue of Girl’s Life Magazine (June/July 2010). Demi finally opens up about her relationship with former BFF, Selena Gomez and it seems like Selena really disappointed her somehow. Demi also confessed that she turns to Miley Cyrus for advice… really? Don’t!

Here are some highlights from Demi Lovato’s Girl’s Life interview:

On Miley Cyrus: “Miley has been in the spotlight longer than I have, so I go to her. I can text her that I’m crying and stressed out, and she’ll reply back: ‘All right, here’s what you do.’ She’s the sweetest thing in the world.”

On Selena Gomez: “We’re both busy, and I wish the best for her. True friends don’t let their friends or family be mean to you. If you can’t trust somebody, you can’t be friends with them.”

Taylor Swift has grabbed the GL (Girl’s Life Magazine) cover spot for their February/March issue. The singer shares her philosophy on being single:

“I typically don’t ever have a boyfriend on Valentine’s Day. I see it as an opportunity to just hang out with my other single girlfriends,” she recently
told Girls Life magazine. “Being single is something that I have never looked at as being a curse. It’s that time for you to figure out what you like and how you like to spend time by yourself. That’s a gift.”

The singer, who has remained friend with her ex Taylor Lautner, will share the big screen with him (and lots of other Hollywood superstars) in the film Valentine’s Day, opening February 12th.
