The much-talked-about Dream Downtown Hotel in New York City had it’s official grand opening last week and among the many models, actors and actresses that popped in for the fashionable fun was Kellan Lutz.

The Twilight: Breaking Dawn actor was kitted in a tailored navy suit, skinny tie, longer, blonder hair and a bit of sexy facial scruff for the hipster-cool event.

Lutz, 26, was asked at the shindig what he likes best in a woman.

“A girl’s face gets my attention,” he said. “The face has so much, and I love the eyes and a big smile.”

The actor goes on to say it’s a natural beauty that gets him every time.

“[...]especially if you can wake up next to them in bed and they still look the same after a long night of watching movies with strawberries and champagne and cuddling,” Lutz said. “That’s sexy!”

But if he’s gonna check you out, what one body part is first on his mind? (Hint – it goes well with playing a vampire.)

“I also really like the clavicle area, which is really weird but so sexy,” he says.

Hmmmm. I don’t know if there are exercises for that, but I bet it will be searched by women everywhere!

Ed Westwick is spending a little time in Australia and he’s making waves everywhere he goes in Melbourne.

The 23 year-old star was hanging at the 2011 Formula 1 Qantas Australia Grand Prix at Albert Park over the weekend when a he posed for photographers as two of the Qantas gals smooched the very hot Westwick.

He certainly isn’t lonely!

The charming Gossip Girl star is reportedly getting friendly with Aussie star and Grand Prix Ambassador Ashley Hart.

How friendly? Well so far it’s just flirting:

“He’s a smooth operator, exactly like Chuck Bass,”she said. “He did yell out over the cars the other day ‘I think I’m in love with you’ as a joke. It’s all just good fun.”

The star of Chalet Girl echos the fun sentiment.

“I think she’s absolutely fantastic,” he said. “We had a great time yesterday, we had a laugh and everything and she seems to be a pretty remarkable girl.”

Justin Bieber wants girls to lose their minds over his new venture: a JB fragrance. The teenager is breaking into the game with a scent designed for the ladies – not a cologne for dudes. Bieber told People:

“It’s for my female fans, and I want to create something that will have the girls go crazy.”

“Most male celebrities do male colognes for other males,” Bieber adds. “I think that me making a female fragrance is just a different idea and I think it’s going to be successful. I’m just really, really excited about it. It’s going to be really big.”

The “Baby” singer is a marketing machine: nail polish, bedding, unisex perfumed accessories and of course, books, music and an upcoming movie.

The pop singer is teaming up with Give Back Brands for this fragrance, and the proceeds will go to charity. Look for the scent to be in stores in spring 2011.

Selena Gomez and Joey King were in a Florida Borders Bookstore for a fan meet and greet on Saturday July 17th. The Ramona and Beezus costars signed copies of the movie tie-in book and took photos with fans. More pics of the two and their fans under. The movie opens this coming weekend: July 23rd.

The expectations for The Runaways movie premiering at the Sundance Film Festival next Sunday (January 24th) is very high. The movie stars Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie and Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett, two teenagers in the 70′s who formed the all girl rock group that is still influential to this day.

Fanning’s portrayal of Currie is gaining lots of buzz – the young girl everyone watched as a child will take a bite out of adult stardom with this performance and solidify her transition away from kiddie parts and into the realm that many younger actors find elusive.

“I’m just portraying what was going on with [Cherie] when she was my age,” Fanning said. “I want to continue to act for my whole life. Eventually, everyone will have to let me grow up, somehow, some way. I’m just trying to let that happen as naturally as I can.”

She and Stewart have a great friendship thanks in part to this film (and of course, the Twilight films) and Fanning says that will show on screen. The make-out scene between the two characters will definitely get lots of ink.

‘One Less Lonely Girl’ singer Justin Bieber has more than just dominating the music charts on his mind. The Canadian born teenager wants to head to college to expand his horizons.

He doesn’t fill his time playing PlayStation or watching videos of Michael Jackson, one of his influences, on his tour bus. Instead Bieber hits the books. “I have a tutor,” he says. “I want to go to college. As Asher Roth says, I think college would be a blast.” And a prospective major? “I’m good at English,” he says. “I like to write.”

The Twilight Saga’s second film, New Moon, has been promoted as having more action and fighting than the first, giving it more appeal to guys. Actor Robert Pattinson feels it shouldn’t matter – a good storyline is something that both sexes should find watchable.

“I keep being told by people that I need to pump up all the stuff about the action and all this stuff for the guys to go and see it,” Pattinson says. “It’s ridiculous. It’s like saying guys can’t appreciate romance. I don’t think that you can say that about GONE WITH THE WIND or something. I’ve watched TITANIC and I didn’t think, ‘Oh, this is a girl’s film.’ Unless you’re a complete idiot of a guy, I don’t really think … and especially in NEW MOON and in the whole series I’ve never played it as if I’m playing a series of girl’s films, doing something just for girls.”

For the November issue of Teen Vogue, models Chanel Iman and Jourdan Dunn were chosen to be the beautiful faces on the cover. What’s particularly unique about this? The two teens are the most successful black models going right now and in a time when fashion editorials, photo shoots and runways are almost entirely white, it says something that these two young ladies grab a cover. In the accompanying article, the teenagers do admit to struggling to get along with each other.

“It’s competition,” Jourdan told Teen Vogue. “There aren’t a lot of us, but instead of sticking together, we’re pitted against each other. People will say things in Chanel’s ear like, ‘Jourdan is taking your spot’, and then they’ll say to me, ‘Don’t trust Chanel’.”

The problem they face? There’s there’s only room for one black girl – apparently. “You’re being told, ‘So and so is only booking one black girl. It’s either you or Jourdan’,” said Chanel.

For now they have other projects: Chanel is working with Victoria’s Secret and Jourdan is pregnant but still doing the catwalk for designers like Jean Paul Gautlier. Check out more of the interview with the two teen stars here.
