Hollywood is such a small town in some ways.

Zac Efron (and his new military buzz cut,) is spending some GTL (gym, tan, laundry) time in the Turks & Caicos with the emphasis on the G. It seems Efron is on vacation with Bruce Willis and his family, staying at the Willis’ island abode in Parrot Cay.

The Lucky One star has made some women feel particularly happy as he’s been spotted regularly working out in a gym resort.

Efron, who split with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens at the beginning of the month, doesn’t ever take a holiday from that hot body of his.

Actress Ashley Greene may have been blessed by good genes, but she also works out daily to achieve perfection. And she is really close to it. Ashley has an incredible body. The 23 year-old was seen arriving and leaving her gym in Studio City, California for two consecutive days (Tuesday and Wednesday – July 13 and July 14).

Ashley was recently spotted kissing actor Brock Kelly and Disney star Joe Jonas is said to be falling completely head over heels for her. Lucky girl! Ashley is really focused on her career at the moment and getting ready to start shooting the fourth and fifth movies of the Twilight Saga, “Breaking Dawn”. So we don’t think she really has time for boys.

Ashley Tisdale, who has gone back to being a blonde earlier this week, is serious about staying in shape. The actress is seen here leaving after an intense work out at Equinox gym in Hollywood.

The former brunette mentioned this week about dying her hair for an “upcoming project” but hasn’t shared what it is yet. C’mon Ashley! We’re waiting…

Actress/singer Ashley Tisdale was caught leaving the gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday (September 16). Yeah wonder how she stays in shape and has that amazing body!?! Ashley works pretty hard at the gym regularly and even after getting all sweaty she can still look fabulous in her workout gear and red sunglasses!!

Chaske Spencer is in Vancouver filming ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ right now but before heading out to start work as Sam Uley again, he sat down with RadarOnline and let it spill how he has a bit of a rivalry with Robert Pattinson in the gym.

Radar: You said that you like that the vampire is the cool skinny guy. Rob is basically the only guy in the show that isn’t working out in between scenes because he’s not buffing up, right?
Spencer: No, actually he was training with us.

Radar: Did he go to Wolf Camp?
Spencer: No, he did Vampire Camp!  I don’t know what his workout regimen was but he would show up before or after us because we were on two different shooting schedules during New Moon and most of the vampires, I met them for dinner once but then boom, we all went our separate ways to work. I would hear the trainer say oh Rob lifted this much weight, and I’d say really?

Radar: Would you want to lift more than Rob?
Spencer: Yes! There was this competition one day we went into the gym, we have this rowing machine and I really busted my ass and I got a high record on it and I was like, yeah, beat that! Because the wolves are really competitive with each other in the gym. Then the next day I came in and Rob beat me by four seconds! Then filming was done and I never got to go back and try to up that.

Spencer also said that the whole cast is friendly and relaxed in between filming. Stay tuned for Radar’s part 2 interview…

Ok well, technically he is leaving the gym. Actor Shia LaBeouf is leaving the Ultra Body Gym after a workout and he looks so dang yummy – in a dirty boy kinda way. Thank goodness he has learned his lesson with the paparazzi following him and is not driving with a suspended license.
