Dianna Agron celebrated wrapping season 2 filming of Glee by getting a very cute new haircut.

The 24 year-old posted the photo of her new look (taken by Tyler Shields) to her Tumblr page with the caption “Merci, Tyler!”

Agron also uploaded a video with the step by step of her hair transformation.

“Season 2 wrap. A remedy to the seven year itch. Finally!” she titled it.

Her Glee costar Jenna Ushkowitz, is in the background as Agron’s long blonde locks cascade to the floor. The Vampire Diaries Michael Trevino is in a very brief shot as well (he is rumored to be dating Jenna.)

High end beauty is Blair Waldorf’s signature, but for the actress who plays the Gossip Girl Queen Bee, the drugstore is the way to go.

Leighton Meester shared with Stylelist how where she grew up helped shape how she buys her beauty must haves:

“Look, I’m a South Florida girl — if you need mascara, you go to Walgreens,” she said.

The 24 year-old Herbal Essences Brand Ambassador continued:

“One of the joys of my job is being able to try all different products, but if I can spend a lot less on something, I’d rather do that.”

She fessed up to her current beauty craves.

“I’m currently loving those CoverGirl lip stains. The L’Oréal Naturale Mascara is great. And I always pick up cocoa butter. It’s 99 cents! I love it!” said Meester.

The swoosh is a thing of history…

Justin Bieber sent his fans and twitter into a frenzy with the news and photo of his signature ‘do getting cropped. The photo of Bieber in the chair shows Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox with the scissors but it was Justin’s stylist Vanessa who actually did the deed. (The singer said he was working with Rascal Flatts on a new video.)

Bieber called in to TMZ yesterday to talk about the cut and left a message on twitter to his fans:

“yeah so it’s true…i got a lil haircut…i like it…and we are giving all the hair cut to CHARITY to auction. Details coming soon.”

Most Beliebers were relatively happy with his new look (short on the sides, still a little long in the front but more versatile) however it has been said that 2000 people unfollowed his twitter in reaction to the cut!

What? That’s crazy! It’s cute. It’s not drastic and you fans had to know he’d want to change it eventually.

Kellan Lutz hit the magenta carpet at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, February 20th.

Lutz is still sporting his dark hair for his role as Poseidon in the upcoming Immortals, with costar and brand new Superman Henry Cavill.

The Twilight actor recently announced he is branching out in the fashion realm. Lutz is teaming up with label Dylan George to front their ad campaign and also work on a side brand.

The new line, Abbott and Main, will see him collaborate with George creator Daniel Guez and will include men’s t-shirts and knitwear.

Lutz said:

“I went to school for chemical engineering. I love to create. I’ve always wanted to get into fashion.

“I’ve always liked drawing, not space age stuff but high fashion”.

The designs will be available later this year.

Zac Efron cut his hair.

The 23 year-old actor who had to have his head shaved for his part as a Marine in the movie The Lucky One, decided to put it to good use.

Efron convinced some of the crew members to cut their hair as well and donate them to Locks of Love, the children’s charity dedicated to providing hairpieces to kids who have long term medical hair loss.

The New Orleans based Kingsley House (where Lucky was filming) is also getting a holiday donation from the actor. Efron pledged money to the local organization for each crew member that had their hair cut.

Now that was very nice.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are really very close friends. According to Selena, the two talk “everyday” and hang out as often as they can. Gomez said in an interview there is no pretense between the BFF’s and they don’t sit around complaining they can’t get out and do normal things:

“That’s probably why she’s one of best friend cause we don’t have that… ‘Oh my gosh, it’s so hard to be us. We can’t go anywhere.’ Like, we don’t do that. We go to the mall, we go to the movies, we go to iHop.”

Gomez also says that she and Taylor are “crazy gift givers” and Swift fills boxes with lots of smaller trinkets for her friends.

Herbal Essences sponsored a promotional event in Madrid, Spain at the Hesperia Hotel on November 24th with Leighton Meester sitting pretty. Meester is the official Hair Ambassador of the product line and the actress was picture perfect for the photo call.

Leighton chose a little black dress from Versus and open toed pumps from Pierre Hardy (and they were fabulous!) The Gossip Girl actress had the look of the season – smoky eyes and pale lips – and perfect lightly tousled hair to complete her look.

Willow Smith is amazing on the red carpet of the 2010 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles Sunday (November 21st) evening.

A custom made romper with a puffy yellow shoulder and buckles detailing – Willow is a standout among those who played it safe for the AMAs. Love her hair and her slouchy boots (no UGG’s for her) – this girl has serious style!

Willow was a presenter and introduced her friend, Justin Bieber, who performed his single “Pray” for the music show.

Justin Bieber and his super coif have landed him on Seventeen Magazine’s Style Star 2010 list. The 16 year-old “Pray” singer has gotten noticed by the mag for his choice of hair style plus his awesome casual and fashionable attire at awards shows and concerts.

Bieber wh0 landed on the cover of a special edition earlier this year (see that cover here) isn’t looking to change his hair cut any time soon telling Seventeen:

“I think the girls like my hair, so I’m going to let it stick around for a while. I really don’t think anyone’s ever done this kind of thing with their hair: I just wake up, blow-dry it, just shake it. And continue to shake it throughout the day.”

Head-turning Emma Watson appeared in New York City for the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 premiere on November 16th. The Hermoine Granger actress is still amazed that her decision to chop off her long locks would cause such a commotion:

“I knew it would be kind of a shock, but I had no idea that it would be that big. Like everyone would make this much fuss over it,” Watson, who chopped her golden locks in August, told USA TODAY’s Andrea Mandell at the New York premiere.

Emma wears this hair style well – look how fabulous and effortless she looks in her sleek Calvin Klein dress! I think it’s hard for people to see little Hermoine growing up and that has a lot to do with how much people are focusing on her hair. This is a decidedly mature move for her.
