Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have another promo for their movie togther, The Last Song. This one, titled ‘Forever’ gives you a glimpse at their characters Ronnie and Will in all sorts of romantic shots. March 31st is the date it’s in theaters.

“Hannah Montana” Miley Cyrus and “High School Musical” Zac Efron join Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, who are already on the carefully selected group of presenters for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards ceremony on March 7.

The presence of these four young rising stars serves the purpose of attracting a younger audience while trying to boost ratings for the show. That is a fantastic idea! We are only going to endure the torture of watching the Oscars, if we can see OUR favorites stars there!

Imagine Disney’s hit show Hannah Montana with Taylor Momsen as the girl torn between two worlds. Can you see it? I have a whole different show in mind and Taylor, who auditioned and lost out on the title role to Miley Cyrus, thinks she would’ve been trouble for the squeaky clean mouse house.

She said to UK’s The Sunday Times Style magazine: ‘Honestly, if I’d have ended up as Hannah Montana, I don’t know if the show would have gone as well.

‘I probably would have told them all to go f*** themselves by the time I hit 11. And I don’t know how that would have gone down.

‘It’s great for Miley, but I really like where I am right now and I feel really fortunate to be able to really be myself.’

Momsen certainly would’ve been a headache for the executives. At least with Gossip Girl she gets a better wardrobe.

Actress Brooke Shields, who played a special cameo as Miley’s deceased mother in the Disney hit “Hannah Montana”, has reportedly urged Miley Cyrus to go to college because it is an amazing learning experience that can only enrich her life even if she doesn’t use her degree in her line of work.

Brooke got her Princeton degree in French Literature back in 1987. “Brooke’s been pushing Miley to go to college,” a source tells Star. “She says she needs something to fall back on.” Miley seems to be considering applying this year. “She’d love to be an Ivy Leaguer like Brooke!”

It would not only be great for Miley but also a good example for all the kids that look to her to study, get an education and don’t forget life is supposed to be a continuous learning experience. Miley recently confessed she would love to study photography in London. Go girl!!

It’s officially the end of Hannah Montana! Disney confirmed the fourth and final season of show will start filming later this month. The good news is we will have Hannah for a good part of the year. The third season big final, “Is Miley Saying Goodbye?” airs mid-March.

“It’s one of the things [her character] has been wrestling with for months,” Disney Channel executive Andy Bonnett spills. “Whether it’s time to make a decision to continue being Hannah Montana or just be a regular, ordinary girl.”

Miley Stewart will have some tough decisions to make about her career as star Hannah Montana as she is still trying to balance both lives as a normal teenage girl and a superstar. As for Miley Cyrus, she has recently confessed she wants to get more mature roles to be able to grow as an actress.

Beautiful in an Armani silk top, Miley Cyrus is Harper’s Bazaar February cover choice. The Hannah Montana star is ready to break out of the kiddie pool Disney has had her in and Cyrus is not about to make apologies for her behavior anymore:

On being a role model Miley says: “My job is to be a role model, and that’s what I want to do, but my job isn’t to be a parent. My job isn’t to tell your kids how to act or how not to act, because I’m still figuring that out for myself. So to take that away from me is a bit selfish. Your kids are going to make mistakes whether I do or not. That’s just life.”

The star of the upcoming movie, The Last Song, Miley is ready to do more acting and is proud of this flic:

“People will be really surprised when they see it. It’s pretty deep. I want to do edgier movies – movies where you walk away feeling fulfilled.”

I am not loving the airbrushing the mag has done on her for the cover. The pictures accompanying her interview are much better. That cover - they’ve done something to her eyes. I can’t figure it out - something is off and it’s not just a “Disney drone” stare either.

Miley Cyrus is still overseas performing for the UK part of her world tour. The ‘Party In The USA’ singer is seen leaving her Manchester, England hotel on her way to the M.E.N arena for a concert tonight, while grabbing a Starbucks to go.

Miley Cyrus will sing her version of the 80’s hit by Poison ‘Every Rose Has It’s Thorn.’ The tune is a favorite of the Hannah Montana star who has said in other interviews she wants to move away from pop music.

” ‘Every Rose’ is one of her all-time favorite songs and she is really excited about cutting it,” Miley’s mom Tish Cyrus says.

Bret Michaels, frontman of the band Poison, and now a reality show staple (Rock Of Love), might be a part of the cover song as well, either playing guitar or singing. The song has been recorded already and will be part of an upcoming album.

While Miley Cyrus is enjoying herself in Paris with Liam Hemsworth, the Hannah Montana star just got wind that her song ‘The Climb’ will not be up for a Grammy in the category of Best Song Written for a Soundtrack. The reason? It was never commissioned and written for that soundtrack specifically. The tune’s songwriter, Jessi Alexander, had shopped it to other artists before Cyrus and Disney grabbed it up. Competition rules are that the song must be written for the soundtrack to the movie it is nominated for. Alexander feels that substantial changes were made to the first version of the song she had written to make it work for the Hannah Montana soundtrack and therefore it should fit the guidelines. The execs at Disney did not see it that way and yanked it before NARAS (The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences - The Grammy’s) made it’s final call. Alexander is understandably disappointed in the big D’s decision and says:

“You can look at it a million ways. And I’m sure they wouldn’t do this if there wasn’t a true belief that it wasn’t eligible. To be honest, it’s devastating.”

Unfortunately for her, it is already decided that ‘The Climb’ will be replaced by Karen O’s ‘All in Love’ from Where The Wild Things Are. What do you think? Fair? or is everyone out to get Miley?

Miley Cyrus met Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, on December 7th wearing a beautiful, but plunging neckline orange halter dress. The teen singer who just recently turned 17, was performing (along with Lady GaGa) at The Royal Variety Performance 2009 in Blackpool.

The actress of the upcoming movie The Last Song, will be spending her Christmas in the UK while touring, said she was unsure if she’d like British food.

“It’s a bit weird being in a different country that I’m used to, I’m like, ‘Is the food going to be the same as home?’ and I was kind of stressed about that. But it’s pretty similar, you know, there are some things I’ve got to get accustomed to.”

Super star Miley Cyrus reportedly spend $70 bucks during dinner at Outback Steakhouse and left without leaving a tip… it’s not really like Miley is a bad tipper because, in fact, she left NO tip!

Miley’s rep tried to explain, saying, “She didn’t know she was supposed to tip unless she was eating inside.” Miley makes millions of dollars, I don’t know why she wouldn’t offer a good tip either way.
