Sorry to steal your catch phrase Rachel Zoe, but this look from the totally affordable yet chic outfitter H&M totally deserves it. The straight-cut shorts in bouclé knit with a grosgrain waistband are just too adorable for words – and pairing them with a sharp blazer? Genius.
If you work anywhere besides a record label or modeling agency, this may not be a good look for the office, but it’s perfect for grabbing an after work cocktail with girlfriends (and with that much leg showing, maybe even picking up a fella!)

Looking beautiful at Z100′s Jingle Ball in New York City, actress and singer Leighton Meester attended the annual holiday concert at Madison Square Garden on December 11th.
I love her choice of Louise Golden’s funky dress.
