Miley Cyrus met Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, on December 7th wearing a beautiful, but plunging neckline orange halter dress. The teen singer who just recently turned 17, was performing (along with Lady GaGa) at The Royal Variety Performance 2009 in Blackpool.

The actress of the upcoming movie The Last Song, will be spending her Christmas in the UK while touring, said she was unsure if she’d like British food.

“It’s a bit weird being in a different country that I’m used to, I’m like, ‘Is the food going to be the same as home?’ and I was kind of stressed about that. But it’s pretty similar, you know, there are some things I’ve got to get accustomed to.”

Ok, so he wasn’t in a red suit, but Zac Efron recently visited LA’s Mattel Childrens Hospital UCLA to put a smile on some seriously ill children’s faces this holiday. The High School Musical star worked with Gifts.com to hand out $10,000 worth of toys to help brighten these kids holiday.

“He really spent time bonding with each of the children and their families,” a source at the event told Usmagazine.com. In between passing out gifts, Efron signed autographs and posed for photos with hospital staff.”

Efron was gracious and the kids were a little star struck to be near their idol.
