Leighton Meester will once again be on Hugh Laurie’s radar. The Gossip Girl star was a guest for two episodes on Laurie’s hit show House, M.D. back in 2006. Now the duo will make big screen magic as lovers for the indie film The Oranges.

The story about a man who falls for the daughter of a family friend and begins a relationship that turns everyone’s world topsy turvy, looks to start shooting in New York City in April. The pair had great chemistry the first time around, let’s hope they capture that spark again.

When you are one of the richest young actors in the world, what do you do with that money? Some party it away and others make smart choices for their future. Daniel Radcliffe is looking ahead and has purchased several properties in New York City as investments. He has an apartment in SoHo, a three bedroom condo with a view of the Hudson river and now he has a townhouse in the Greenwich Village area. The actor is back in the UK filming the final installment in the Harry Potter franchise: Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. He may eventually end up living in one of these homes when he returns to Broadway next year but for now he is a just a young, talented landlord. The picture below is the interior of his new house. Vintage shopping with Mary Kate Olsen, kissing costar Gaelen Connell, shooting a movie on the Seychelles Islands and dating Zac Efron are just a few of the things Vanessa Hudgens has done that you and I won’t ever do. The actress spoke to Moviefone about her latest movies: ‘Bandslam’ and ‘Beastly,’ her new house in Los Angeles and all the other pretty cool things she’s gotten to do.

On her awkward kissing scene with Connell in ‘Bandslam’: “The kissing with Gaelan was awesome. I loved the scene. I thought it was so funny. It was very choreographed and, yeah, it was very fun. I’m happy with the way it turned out.”

Harry Potter mania is in full swing once again as the sixth film, Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince is finally headed to theaters after a very long wait between The Order Of The Phoenix and this one. Since this is the last film to take place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry, the actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are glad to be done with the maroon and gold of Gryffindor House uniform:

“I was like ‘Burn it!’ Oh my god, to be done with those shoes and that uniform — that was an exciting day,” says Watson. Radcliffe adds, “When you’re 18, one of the worst things to be wearing while trying to chat up a girl on the set is a school uniform. You look like a kid! You’re not going to score dressed like that!”

Looking forward to the film - how about you?

Actor Zac Efron has finally bought a house of his own. Zac says the house is very modest with a big pool and great view but apparently he doesn’t have a bed yet.

Zac said: “It’s pretty cool. A lot of my friends were like, ‘Dude I want to own a house.’”

And despite splashing a million on property, Zac still sleeps on the floor.

“I don’t have a bed,” he said. “I’m on an air mattress! I’ve just moved in, I have no furniture. But I’ve got a decorator. He’s kind of a friend.”

Just your typical bachelor sleeping on the floor shouldn’t be so bad. We just doubt Vanessa Hudgens will be wanting to sleep on the floor… Zac needs a bed ASAP!!
