Leighton Meester is the Hair Ambassador for Herbal Essences and InStyle magazine has a lovely photo shoot with the actress (and her amazing hair!) Her beautiful glamorous old Hollywood style (pictured above) and three other styles are featured with step-by-step instructions so you can create the look at home.

The Gossip Girl actress was announced as the latest spokesperson for the beauty brand back in April. Meester said:

“My Mom used it, the kind with the clear bottle with the flowers. Now it has a new look and everything is different. I started using it because Charles [her personal hairstylist and Herbal Essences celebrity stylist] uses it.”

InStyle magazine and QVC host the annual Super Saturday event in the Hamptons and this year Ashley Greene was on hand as the designer goods were sold. Loads of famous fashion moguls sell their wares and proceeds benefit Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

Country star Taylor Swift looks absolutely stunning on the cover of the latest issue of InStyle Magazine (December 2009). Taylor continues to claim she does not have a boyfriend and that she really is enjoying the single life even though she has been spotted several times out with Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner.

Here are some highlights from Taylor Swift’s InStyle interview:

On being single: “I’ve never thought it was a curse to be single, and at this point in my life, I’m in the mind-set where I choose to be single –] like I got to light scented candles and write in my diary and I wouldn’t have time for that if I had a boyfriend right now!”

On Taylor Lautner: “He and I have gotten really close. It would be confusing on the set with two Taylors in the same scene. They were like, ‘Taylor, on your mark – no, not you, the other one!’ So halfway through the shoot, I said, ‘How about you guys call me Swifty and call him Taylor?’ ”

The talented Joe Jonas already has legions of girls swooning over his every move, but when they find out he can blend a special perfume just for you – well, he might have to give up his music career. InStyle Magazine is reporting that The Jonas Brothers singer spent time at the Aromachology pop up store in Toronto and whipped up a one-of-a-kind mix for somebody special.

“…a new custom fragrance line based on personality. To select the top-notes, Jonas picked three words that best described his lady: creative, courageous, and sexy. Also? He signed the card “With Love.” We’re not sure who the lucky recipient was, but we’re seriously considering mixing our own scent online now.”
