Saoirse Ronan attended the premiere of The Way Back held at the Cinematheque Francaise in Paris along with costars Colin Farrell, Ed Harris and Jim Sturgess.

The film, a true story about a rag-tag group of escaped prisoners who trek 4,000 miles to reach freedom, had the actors in many different outdoor climates (including filming in the desert, Siberian and mountain settings as well) to portray the long, arduous journey the escapees undertook. On the London premiere red carpet, Ronan and costars were asked what was the hardest thing they had to endure while filming.

Saoirse said “It was tough sometimes to be in such a warm climate,” referring to their time in Morocco, but everyone got along well and there really weren’t problems otherwise.

Pixie Lott was in Dublin, Ireland for a concert and spent some time strolling around the city wearing cat ears. The Boys and Girls singer, who calls her fans “crazy cats” and her tour is named The Crazy Cats Tour, was adorable in kitten ears.

Lott is making news not just for her headwear. The fashion world is buzzing that Pixie may be the next collaborator with Topshop – dethroning reigning Queen Kate Moss as the go-to resident designer.

Rumours of Pixie’s alleged Topshop line reached fever pitch over the weekend as the popstress partied with Topshop tycoon Philip Green’s daughter and fashion confidante, Chloe Green at London hotspot Movida.

Lott already has a successful line with Lipsy so she has the fashion chops to pull it off.

With a flirty fifties vibe, Selena Gomez has landed on the cover of Ireland’s Kiss magazine for November 2010. The Wizards of Waverly Place actress is Disney-fied with her Donald Duck t-shirt. I like this cover – she looks really retro cute.

Selena has spent time overseas recently promoting her latest album A Year Without Rain and spoke to SBTV about how much she loves Pixie Lott, Cheryl Cole and X-Factor, her fashion line for KMart, how her two albums are different and working with Lil’ Wayne’s producer. The athletes of the Blackrock Flyers Special Olympic Club in Dublin, Ireland had a great time when Joe Jonas stopped by to play basketball. The Camp Rock 2 star has been actively supporting and raising awareness for Special Olympics organization and says:

“Each and every time I watch Special Olympic Athletes compete I am inspired. I am grateful to have the opportunity to lend my support to such a wonderful organization as the Special Olympics and invite all of my fans to show their support as well through volunteering”.

Joe participated in a 5k run in San Antonio, Texas back in August to support the kids of Special Olympics. Jonas is becoming increasingly involved in events promoting the kids but most important, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Saturday Night Live is becoming a teen music hotspot with Taylor Swift earlier this year and now The Jonas Brothers. For anyone and everyone who loves the JoBros, a Saturday Valentines Day SNL appearance couldn’t have been a better date. Joe, Kevin and Nick are in full promotions mode for their new movie, The Jonas Brothers 3D Concert Experience, and upcoming Disney show JONAS.

Hosting is Alec Baldwin and I wonder if his teen daughter, Ireland, will show up with dad to peep the brothers.
