Jackson Rathbone looked great in a black bowler hat as he attended Melanie Segel’s Teen Choice Retreat, sponsored by TJ Maxx held at The Magic Castle in Los Angeles. For the event, celebrities signed and decorated reusable tote bags that were auctioned off on eBay to support the Save The Children foundation. TJ Maxx will also sell reusable tote bags decorated with children’s art work and the proceeds will go to Save The Children.

Other celebs who came out for the cause were Kevin Hale of Glee, Hayley Hasslehoff from Huge, Make It or Break It star Chelsea Hobbs and Twilight alums Edi Gathegi and Bronson Pelletier. Lots of pics below.

Coming into the third installment of any franchise film series can be intimidating for any actor and Kirsten Prout says she felt a bit of nerves when she first got the part of Lucy in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The core cast and crew are established and usually pretty tight knit so it’s no wonder Prout was unsure of how welcoming it would be.

INSPIRE: You’ve been in numerous television series (including Kyle XY) already. How was it different stepping into a movie (Eclipse), especially one so popular worldwide?

KIRSTEN: It was definitely intimidating stepping onto a set with an established cast, all of whom are tremendously talented. On our show (Kyle XY) we had such a dynamic, so I knew what I was in for as the new kid. That being said, everyone was so welcoming and it was an absolute pleasure working on Eclipse.

I: Were expectations met when filming among the “Twilight” cast and crew? Did you meet all the cast members?
K: I didn’t have a lot of expectations other than the cast being extremely closed off and the set absolutely swamped with paparazzi. In terms of the cast, I was completely wrong. They are such wonderful inclusive people. When it comes to paparazzi, nothing prepares you for being hunted by cameras. Definitely a strange feeling.

After Eclipse costar Jackson Rathbone took time out of his day to get to know her, Prout praised him as being “an extremely friendly and authentic person.”

The 18 year old actress is currently filming the MTV sequel My Super Psycho Sweet Sixteen: Part 2 in Atlanta. She has another finished film, Locked Away due for release early 2011.

The Last Airbender opened this past weekend with another big summer hit you may have heard about: The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Considering the tough competition it was up against (and unfortunately terrible reviews,) the movie did surprisingly well raking in $70 million dollars over the three day period.

Star Nicola Peltz is a standout as the Waterbending Katara and Teen Vogue has her on their radar as one to watch. The 15 year old actress said of her time filming the big budget action pic:

“When we shot in Greenland, every night we’d have huge snowball fights behind the hotel!”

It may have been cold on the set, but Peltz won’t have to worry about her career cooling off anytime soon. The teenager not only worked with Jackson Rathbone on Airbender, but her next movie, Unbound Captives, stars that other Twilight guy, Robert Pattinson.

Water, Earth, Fire, Air.

In the movie The Last Airbender, the characters have the ability to ‘bend’ one of the four natural elements and can use that gift for good or bad purposes. Stars Jackson Rathbone, Nicola Peltz, Dev Patel, Noah Ringer and Seychelle Gabriel were asked if they had the ability to manipulate one, which element would they choose and why. Even director M. Night Shyamalan got in on the bending wish list. Check out their answers above.

The much anticipated third movie of The Twilight Saga, “Eclipse”, finally premiered during a star-studded night of the 2010 Los Angeles Film Festival held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (June 24). Our favorite stars were greeted by screaming fans, who waited in line for days to be able to watch them walk down the glamorous black carpet.

Kellan Lutz vs. Jackson Rathbone. We only have eyes for Kellan. He looked so incredibly yummy on the black carpet. And we love his new hair color. We know there are a lot of Jackson fans out there – he looked great in a gray suit! – but unfortunately we are only allowed to post one Jackson picture. Sorry, teens! We will make it up to you!

Ok, maybe they didn’t actually airbend – but Jackson Rathbone and Nicola Peltz, the stars of the live action The Last Airbender, sure did cause a whirl on the red carpet of the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto. The duo are super cute together and while The Twilight Saga: Eclipse promotions are going strong with Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, Jackson has been concentrating on Airbender duties as of late.

The Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in California had a visit from The Last Airbender stars Jackson Rathbone and Nicola Peltz as the duo met with fans on Thursday afternoon. Tiger cubs were cuddled, otters were held and pictures were taken.

Rathbone and Peltz will play the live-action version of Sokka and Katara, the Water Tribe siblings who accompany Aang (Noah Ringer) as he journeys to the North Pole, learns waterbending and kicks Fire Nation booty along the way.

Jackson Rathbone hit the MTV Movie Awards red carpet sunday night and a new clip from his other movie The Last Airbender, made it’s debut. The Twilight star, who looked fab in his bright blue jacket, is gearing up to promote to big summer flicks he’s in: Eclipse, which is out June 30th and Airbender which hits theaters on July 2nd. I say – It’s about time we had some more Jackson goodness!

The trend continues. The live action big screen adaptation of Nickelodeon’s super successful animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender will be released in 3D this summer.

The Last Airbender, directed by M. Night Shymalan and starring Jackson Rathbone, Nicola Peltz, Dev Patel and Noah Ringer will switch from 2D film to 3D and still hit theaters July 2nd. Check out the latest trailer above.
