Demi Lovato finally gave everyone what they’ve been waiting for - a confirmation of her and Joe Jonas’ relationship. The Disney teens have been rumored to be more than just friends for quite some time and the duo had remained (almost) silent on the possible romance. Lovato recently gave an interview to Billy Bush and spilled the deets.

“He’s my best friend. No kind of the opposite [we went from best friends to dating]. Umm, yeah he is my best friend and he is incredible, a complete gentleman. He’s perfect.”

Back in November she took to her twitter to deny the romance saying ““There’s been a lot of rumors lately that I’m dating one of my best friends Joe. I can promise my entire career that I am not. We’ve NEVER dated.” Whenever they began dating doesn’t matter - they seem happy and that’s all that counts.

Camp Rock stars Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, who are rumored to be secretly dating, performed their new duet “Make A Wave”, which was recorded for Disney’s Friends For A Change: Project Green, at Walt Disney World on Thursday (February 11). Here is the first official picture of “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” featuring the hottest romantic pairing in Disney’s history, Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, who are rumored to be actually secretly dating in real life.

“The romance between Shane and Mitchie is still there and it continues to grow,” Joe says. “They want to spend more time together but [finding time is a bit] difficult for them to do, because she is trying to help out the camp as much as she can.”

Demi and The Jonas Brothers return to the screen and Camp Rock for another summer as Mitchie (Demi) and Shane’s (Joe) relationship blossoms. They will also have to battle against a new state-of-the-art music camp, “Camp Star” that has opened across the lake. There will be a lot more romance for everyone that is guaranteed.

Actress/singer Demi Lovato, who has been frequently seen with her “good friend” Joe Jonas, took to her Twitter to deny the rumors that she and Joe are secretly dating. The rumors started in a small site that claimed to have a credible source that confirmed they were dating!

Demi tweeted, “There’s been a lot of rumors lately that I’m dating one of my best friends Joe. I can promise my entire career that I am not. We’ve NEVER dated. He’s incredible, but we don’t have feelings for each other in that way. I love you guys, and I wouldn’t lie about that.

It’s unfortunate that some people out there are so desperate for attention that they have to make up gossip to keep their site alive. But that’s how this whole city works I guess. It just makes me sad that people are that mean in this world. Believe what you want, love me or hate me. I can’t change your mind for you so do what you want! True fans (friends) are here for me forever.”

So here is what happened: the site claims their source Demi’s own mother, Dianna Lovato, confirmed Demi and Joe were dating but it seems like that type of information wasn’t supposed to go public because the Jonas’ camp wants this relationship to be top secret. It is good publicity to have a single and virgin Joe Jonas in every Jonas Brothers’ fan’s dreams.

This site (we cannot mention the name of the site here!) has proof – several threatening text messages and Twitter DM messages from Demi’s mother. If the blogger doesn’t deny this whole story, Demi would ruin the site’s reputation! And a few hours after the blogger actually posted the incriminatory evidence, Demi made her Twitter statement (read above).

End of the story: Demi and Joe were dating but since their secret is out, their relationship is in jeopardy!

It seems like Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato have some explaining to do! The two spent the night together at Demi’s Toluca Lake CA house but they were not alone… Demi’s dad was there to make sure they could both still wear purity rings the next morning!

A limo was waiting for Joe when he left Demi’s house at around 2 pm. Demi and her dad left a few minutes after and they drove to the Center Staging Studio in Burbank. Joe and Demi have denied a romantic link but they have been frequently spotted together lately. They would make a cute couple!
