Don’t get too excited ladies – I’m just talking a family-style reunion, not a reunion of the boy band variety.  Sorry!

The three brothers Jonas, otherwise known as The Jonas Brothers, reunited in New York City this week to support li’l bro Nick Jonas during his run in the Broadway musical, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Joe and Nick even took some time out for extra brotherly bonding and caught a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.  Is it Knicks game or Knick game – you New Yorkers confuse me with your sports team vernacular…

Joe Jonas, 1/3 of the Jonas Brothers trio, checked into L.A. Children’s Hospital yesterday for severe abdominal pain.  Apparently the 22-year-old did some pretty heavy late-night partying in Chicago over the weekend and sources are speculating that this may have been what lead to the hospitalization.

According to Joe’s camp, the singer was only in the hospital for a few hours before doctors released him.  The cause of Joe’s discomfort has not yet been determined.

I think it’s called accepting one too many drinks from your adoring female fan base.

While being hospitalized is no laughing matter, it appears as though the middle Jonas is recovering just fine and even stepped out last night with little brother Nick to grab some sushi.

They’re baaaaaack!

Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas, otherwise known as The Jonas Brothers, have finally released their latest single – Dance Until Tomorrow.  After the failed solo project launched by brother Joe, the three brothers figured out what we already knew, that they are better suited as a trio, and headed back to the studio to give fans more JoBro action.

Go JoBro, Go JoBro, Go JoBro, Go!

Joe Jonas, formerly of The Jonas Brothers (well, I guess technically he still is a Jonas brother, right?) released his debut solo record, “Fastlife” Tuesday, to mixed reviews.

While fans of the middle Jonas can’t get enough of the albums catchy, club beats, critics are whistling a different tune.

According to Chris Willman of Reuters,

Fastlife’ isn’t a terrible album, just a terribly producer-driven one, which leaves Jonas trying to fit into producer Danja’s all-electro arrangements … The album bears a few passably entertaining tracks, the best being ‘All This Time,’ which — maybe not coincidentally — is the closest thing to a rock ballad, its martial beat notwithstanding. Silliest? That’s a tie between ‘Kleptomaniac’ and ‘Love Slayer,’ which has Joe bragging, ‘I’m ’bout to shut this thing down-down-down-down-down,’ the last word getting the kind of simulated record-skipping repetition that must’ve seemed awfully original 10 years ago … Once ‘Fastlife’ fails to afford Joe the desired Timberlake-type transition, it should be time to grow the hair back out at least as long as the eyebrows and fast-track a JoBros reunion.

Brutal.

Despite being dealt some rough critiques, Joe is still incredibly proud of the project and can’t wait to perform it live for audiences while on tour with fellow pop icon, Britney Spears.

Even if I’m tired or exhausted or not feeling great, when I look out into the audience and I see those fans — that energy that they pull out of me is just hard to explain. Being on your own (without brothers Nick and Kevin) is a different thing because you put pressure on yourself to make the show great.

Joe Jonas revealed the cover art for his album Fastlife this week.

In the cover shot, Jonas is standing still, the calm center of the storm, while life is speeding past all around him. Sounds about right for a busy and in-demand artist, right?

The 22 year-old is set to open for Britney Spears‘ tour in Europe beginning in October.

Jonas will appear at the 2011 MTV VMAs tonight, August 28th.

Fastlife drops October 11th.

Joe Jonas had an early birthday celebration in Las Vegas this weekend and was clearly happy to be single.

The “See No More” singer spent Saturday at a few different Sin City hotspots including the Liquid Pool Lounge for afternoon sun, Deuce Lounge for a little blackjack and Haze Nightclub for cake and a live performance.

Jonas, who turned 22 today, had quite a bit of female attention everywhere he went on Saturday.

At Liquid, Joe and his pals hung out in a private VIP cabana but that didn’t stop girls from attempting to peek and the Jonas Brother in his swim trunks. The same was true at Duece, where the gals hung at the gambling tables

Jonas and friends ended the night at Haze with another VIP area and more girls hanging on his every word.

“Girls were pushing to get near him,” a source told People magazine. “He was definitely loving the attention.”

Joe may be having a great time this August – but his October will be even better.

Jonas releases his first solo album, FastLife, on October 11th. He then heads to overseas where he will be the opening act for Britney Spears European tour beginning October 16th.

The hottest Jonas Brother, Joe Jonas, has finally released his debut solo single titled “See No More” in the form of an artist lyric video filmed with artist Curtis Kulig at Space 15 Twenty in Hollywood, California (watch video below).

The 21 year-old singer/actor claims he is all grown up now and his upcoming album, which is set to be release September 16th, reflects his new found maturity. You live, break girl’s hearts and you learn!

Joe said, “I wanted to be really honest with what I wrote about, whether good or bad, I think it’s a coming of age record to it has a feel you can play in the club, but also there are songs that I think are heartfelt.”

“It’s a whole new experience for me. I mean, a good experience, because I’m able to write songs that I have been wanting to write for a long time. It’s completely brand new to me,” he added.

Jonas Brothers’ Joe Jonas released a short teaser of his solo debut single “See No More” as an appetizer for his debut album titled “Fast Life” (watch video below). The song “See No More”, co-written by Joe and Chris Brown, will be released on June 3 and hits iTunes on June 13, 2013.

“Working on this album has been a rewarding but intense experience. ‘See No More’ especially carries a lot of personal emotions with it and I am hoping people listening to it will get a sense of where I’m coming from with this new sound,” Jonas said. “I’ve had an awesome team working with me on the music and I am excited, anxious, but more importantly… ready… to share it all with my fans. It’s as much for them as it is for me.”

Joe’s solo debut album “Fast Life” is due out on September 6, 2011. Are you ready for Joe? It won’t be easy to beat his brother, Nick Jones, who did one heck of a good job with his solo debut album “Who I Am” last year.

Poor Joe made a fool of himself gushing about his former girlfriend, Ashley Greene, who apparently was very comprehensive and supportive of his busy schedule, to the mag and a couple of days later they had broken up, but the magazine hadn’t come out yet. Horrible.

Anyhow, in the Details interview, the 21 year-old also talked about a possible JB break up, his solo career, gay rumors, his former girlfriends (Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato) and how he almost dated his sister-in-law, Danielle Deleasa. Here are some highlights:

On Jonas Brothers break up: “We’re not breaking up, we’re just taking a break,” Joe says. “I really have a hope for the fans that got older and went, ‘You know what, I’m really not into the Jonas Brothers anymore,’ that I’m able to catch their ear again with my project and they’re able to go, like, ‘Hey, this is cool stuff, I’m happy listening to this, I’m not embarrassed listening to this.’”

On going solo: “I’m growing up, the fans are growing up. I’ve gone through a lot of stuff in my life so far. There are stories I haven’t really been able to tell. When you’re writing with three people, you wind up with a sound that might be—not average—but, you know, expected.”

On ex-girlfriends (Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift): “I think all artists have a right to write about what happens to them. But,” he adds with a smile, “I have a right to write about things too.” He won’t say whether his album will contain a Swift rebuttal—just that there will be songs about “different love scenarios that I’ve been through, breakups, hurts. Me hurting somebody and feeling bad about it. I think there’s a lot of scenarios where people might wanna hear my side of the story.”

On the gay rumors: “There’s nothing wrong with being gay, but I’m not.”

On Danielle Deleasa, Kevin’s wife: “Actually, I hit on her first. And after that she and Kevin hit it off, of course. Now we have a fourth person traveling with us everywhere, so that’s a different thing completely.”

It’s over for Joe Jonas and Ashley Green. The couple reportedly mutually and amicably decided to call it quits after dating for a few months, since last summer. Why? Oh, why?

Ashley and Joe were such a cute hot couple. We thought they were perfect for each other. They should be, but their extremely busy schedules got in the way. They just grew apart because they didn’t have time for each other anymore.
