During an appearance on The David Letterman Show, Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson had  bigger things to talk about than the opening week for his latest movie – He needed to dish about being physically abused by his costar Jennifer Lawrence!

Well okay, maybe not physically abused – but we’re told that the lovely Ms. Lawrence does pack quite a whallop!

According to Josh, while he and Jennifer were killing time in between takes, the gorgeous brunette kicked him right in his money-maker!

We were just goofing around, and like doing some shadow boxing for fun…as one days. She throws this beautiful kick but it landed right on my temple and literally knocked me to the ground and I was down.

Just like the real Katniss!

There is absolutely now way that we could love these two any more.  Unless, of course, they were the real Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen, but that’s just wishful thinking…

The Hunger Games co-stars Josh Hutcherson yucked it up during a recent interview with New York Magazine, reminiscing about a prank he pulled on Jennifer Lawrence  while filming THG last year.

I took a dummy, one that the tracker-jackers were supposed to have attacked, and I put it in Jennifer’s bathroom… When she opened the door, she peed her pants. Or so I was told — she told me later. I did not get visual confirmation on that one.

Probably a good thing Joshua, probably a good thing.

The Hunger Games hits theaters next month and WE are practically peeing our pants in anticipation.  TMI?  Sorry about that…
