After a tumultuous week on the road, Justin Bieber decided to let off a little steam while filming an episode of El Hormiguero in Spain yesterday.

The 18-year-old provided a little eye candy for fans waiting outside Vertice Studios, when he flashed his famous abs (and the top of his green boxer briefs!) from a studio window.

After wrapping the shoot, Justin took to his Twitter to thank all his Spanish fans for their support.

THAT WAS INSANE! I love that show. El Hormiguero is always fun. All the people outside…that was incredible. I LOVE SPAIN! Gracias. Te AMO.

The Biebs has sure had a busy few days – a paralyzed eyebrow, a boat chase in Norway and now a strip tease in Spain!  What’s next?  A leisurely day of watching TV on the couch with Selena Gomez?  For his sanity’s sake, we hope so!
