Beautiful Ashley Tisdale wore a simple black mini-dress (I think I have seen Hayden Pannettiere wearing that same dress!!) and she looks just absolutely as stunning as ever at the 2009 KCA Orange Carpet. Ashley and fellow High School Musical star, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, picked up the award for Favorite Movie for HSM3. YAY!!
