The long wait is finally OVER!

The Vampire Diaries returns tonight with episode 12 “The Descent” and it’s all new! All Delena shippers rejoice – Damon and Elena get close and hug – at least for a moment (see that photo below.) Caroline is getting kissed by Tyler and Matt and Rose descends into madness.

Here is the official synopsis:

DOOM, GLOOM AND PERSONAL GROWTH — Stefan (Paul Wesley) has his own ideas about Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) new plan for the future.  While Damon (Ian Somerhalder) tries to get the truth out of Jules (guest star Michaela McManus), he asks Elena to keep an eye on Rose (guest star Lauren Cohan), a situation that turns unexpectedly dangerous.  Caroline (Candice Accola) and Matt (Zach Roerig) try to be honest about their feelings for one another, and Tyler’s (Michael Trevino) reaction to Caroline’s generosity comes as a surprise to her.  Damon struggles to hide his true feelings when a life-and-death crisis hits him harder than he expected.  Matt Davis also stars.  Marcos Siega directed the episode written by Sarah Fain & Elizabeth Craft (#212).

Don’t forget to watch at 8pm on The CW. The show is up against American Idol so help out TVD and tune in tonight.

Happy Birthday to Miley Cyrus! The superstar turns 18 today and the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer is enjoying herself to the max. Miley has said she plans on having a very long celebration:

“I have a birthday month. I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake – [it’s] all about me on Thanksgiving!”

Cyrus has already started her parties. On Sunday November 21st, after her performance of “Forgiveness and Love” at the 2010 American Music Awards, (see photos here) she headed to Los Angeles hotspot Trousdale for some fun. Demi Moore, Rumer Willis, Kyle Massey, Kelly Osbourne and her mom Tish Cyrus all headed inside to dance and enjoy the evening.

Miley made waves that night with Nickelodeon star Avan Jogia. The two were photographed as the Disney teen leaned back and Avan kissed her neck. While the photo is steamy (check it out below) the two are reportedly still “getting to know each other,” and she is happily single playing the field.

With a flirty fifties vibe, Selena Gomez has landed on the cover of Ireland’s Kiss magazine for November 2010. The Wizards of Waverly Place actress is Disney-fied with her Donald Duck t-shirt. I like this cover – she looks really retro cute.

Selena has spent time overseas recently promoting her latest album A Year Without Rain and spoke to SBTV about how much she loves Pixie Lott, Cheryl Cole and X-Factor, her fashion line for KMart, how her two albums are different and working with Lil’ Wayne’s producer. “The Vampire Diaries” star Paul Wesley, who plays the good Salvatore brother, reveals that Stefan will be really mad when he finds out his brother, Damon Salvatore, kissed his girlfriend, Elena.

Well, maybe Damon didn’t kiss Elena, but Katherine, who returned from the undead in the first season finale. The plot thickens. Kat is back and she wants the Salvatore brothers back. Kat cannot even consider Stefan might be really in love with her human lookalike, Elena.

“Stefan’s first reaction is, ‘I’m going to kill you’,” Wesley told Zap2It. “‘Like, I am literally going to kill you, rip you apart. This is my beautiful girl. This is the love of my life. Stay the hell away’.”

However, he added: “The thing is, Damon and Stefan have done this dance before. All Stefan is thinking is, ‘I’m not going to let you do this to me’. Eventually, his second reaction is to realize that his anger has never gotten him anywhere with Damon. Fighting fire with fire is just going to get you fire.”

“He’s furious with Damon for acting on his feelings for Elena, but more than that, he’s afraid that with everything going on, Damon is going to shut down again,” he said. “He’s going to lose all the humanity that Stefan and Elena have cultivated in him.

“Stefan can’t let that happen. At the end of the day, he absolutely loves his brother, and that’s a significant element of the story. In my opinion, it’s the most significant element of the story… He’s still really freakin’ p*ssed though!”

We will finally get to know a wilder side of Stefan. The Salvatore brothers are set to fight once again for the love of the same woman, but who will that woman be? Katherine or Elena? Or will they switch? Kat rekindles with Stefan and Damon falls completely for Elena?

The Vampire Diaries season two will premiere on The CW Thursday, September 9. I can’t wait!

There are so many people out there that are so negative and always causing new issues. I feel like the entertainment industry has become nothing but a disgusting tabloid.
I performed Cant Be Tamed this week on one of my favorite shows here in the UK Britians Got Talent. Which is totally true, there were some amazinnnggg acts (but of course no one could focus on that.)
I had such a blast and was so honored to be on that stage. That being said during my performance I supposedly “KISSED A GIRL” and this is the newest thing to cause controversy.
I promise you I did not kiss her and it is ridiculous that two entertainers cant even rock out with each other without the media making it some type of story. I really hope my fans are not
disappointed in me because the truth is I did nothing wrong. I got up there and did my job which is to perform to the best of my ability. I just want to put an end to this right now and just say one thing to everyone out there making this performance such a big deal.

GET OVER IT! NOTHING HAPPENED. THERE ARE WAYYYYYYY MORE IMPORTANT THINGS IN THE WORLD.
Lets start focusing a little less on making up ignorant rumors and focus a little more on world peace!
We gotta a lot of work to do if we wan this earth to be here much longer. Lets make a change! It wouldn’t hurt the world to show a little more love.

The truth is Hannah Montana fans are angry and extremely disappointed by Miley’s recent racy outfits and outrageously sexy performances. The last season of Hannah Montana will premiere next month, but will there be any fans left?

Our girl Miley Cyrus decided to spice up her “Can’t Be Tamed” performance with a simulated lesbian kiss at Britain’s Got Talent on Thursday (June 3) – watch video HERE. Everybody is talking about it! The kiss was not real. And it wasn’t even a good simulation of a hot girl-on-girl smooch, yet it’s still kind of inappropriate…

Hollywood Life says, “I understand that you’re tired of being a child star but you signed on for one more upcoming season of Hannah Montana and you are ONLY 17! Hardly the appropriate age to oversexualize yourself in raunchy outfits doing stripper-style dance moves, and now simulated lesbian kisses. You’ll have plenty of time later for ALL that.”

Miley will be 18 years old soon. Then she can go on kissing every boy and girl she wants. Remember Katy Perry? Well, she kissed a girl and she liked it…

Actress Jessica Lowndes and Rumer Willis will engage in some hot girl-on-girl action in an upcoming episode of “90210”. Adrianna (Jessica) and Gia (Rumer) get involved while supporting each other in AA meetings and end up sharing a kiss.

They are both really vulnerable! Of course it does not mean there will be a lesbian relationship between the two because Adrianna is still very hurt after breaking up with her boyfriend Navid (Michael Steger).

“Adrianna and Gia share a special bond,” Lowndes tells PEOPLE. “My character starts questioning whether or not sexuality is measured on a spectrum, if it’s black and white or if it comes down to who you connect with and who you are compatible with. I’m excited as an actress to tell the story.”

We are rooting for Gia and Adrianna! They would actually make a hot non-conventional couple on TV. I can’t believe Rumer is all grown up and sexy now! 90210 will return to the CW 8/7c on Tuesday (March 9).

The expectations for The Runaways movie premiering at the Sundance Film Festival next Sunday (January 24th) is very high. The movie stars Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie and Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett, two teenagers in the 70′s who formed the all girl rock group that is still influential to this day.

Fanning’s portrayal of Currie is gaining lots of buzz – the young girl everyone watched as a child will take a bite out of adult stardom with this performance and solidify her transition away from kiddie parts and into the realm that many younger actors find elusive.

“I’m just portraying what was going on with [Cherie] when she was my age,” Fanning said. “I want to continue to act for my whole life. Eventually, everyone will have to let me grow up, somehow, some way. I’m just trying to let that happen as naturally as I can.”

She and Stewart have a great friendship thanks in part to this film (and of course, the Twilight films) and Fanning says that will show on screen. The make-out scene between the two characters will definitely get lots of ink.

Superstar Taylor Swift could be under your tree this year, whether you are naughty (Joe Jonas - she’s looking at you) or nice (Taylor Lautner.) The singer’s likeness is being turned into a doll by Jakks Pacific. Ok, so it’s technically not Barbie from Mattel, but you get the idea.

The plastic versions of Swift sing snippets of her hit songs, have cute little mini guitars and are available at Amazon.com for holiday giving.

Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner have been spotted together again – this time in Los Angeles at The Staples Center as they take in a hockey game. The Fearless singer and Twilight Saga teens were later seen together in the lobby of a Beverly Hills hotel. The duo first met on the set of the movie Valentine’s Day, where they shared an on screen kiss and Lautner was spotted in Chicago to see Swift on her concert tour. They seem genuinely happy together. Let’s hope the media & public scrutiny doesn’t force them to hide like Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
