Emma Watson has a new guy in her life.

Actor Johnny Simmons, who will costar with Watson in the 2012 release The Perks of Being A Wallflower, has captured the Harry Potter actress’ attention and heart as the two were seen kissing after grabbing a bite at a Santa Monica area eatery.

“They weren’t at all shy about it and obviously didn’t mind who saw. Emma reached up to kiss him and gazed at him adoringly before he pulled her in for a tender embrace,” an onlooker reported.

“They spent a few seconds staring into each other’s eyes and it seemed obvious they were a couple. After one or two minutes they walked into the restaurant and had lunch.”

Emma, 21, has previously swatted down rumors of her and Johnny, 24, dating. When they were spotted in May in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania taking a walk together while in town filming Perks, she denied they were a couple.

A few months later, things appear to have progressed for the young costars.

Watson has previously dated financier Jay Barrymore and musician and fellow Burberry model George Craig.

Ed Westwick is spending a little time in Australia and he’s making waves everywhere he goes in Melbourne.

The 23 year-old star was hanging at the 2011 Formula 1 Qantas Australia Grand Prix at Albert Park over the weekend when a he posed for photographers as two of the Qantas gals smooched the very hot Westwick.

He certainly isn’t lonely!

The charming Gossip Girl star is reportedly getting friendly with Aussie star and Grand Prix Ambassador Ashley Hart.

How friendly? Well so far it’s just flirting:

“He’s a smooth operator, exactly like Chuck Bass,”she said. “He did yell out over the cars the other day ‘I think I’m in love with you’ as a joke. It’s all just good fun.”

The star of Chalet Girl echos the fun sentiment.

“I think she’s absolutely fantastic,” he said. “We had a great time yesterday, we had a laugh and everything and she seems to be a pretty remarkable girl.”

Vacationing in the Caribbean, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are photographed looking relaxed and very intimate while sunbathing on a private yacht during the New Years weekend.

Bieber, 16, and Gomez, 18, get caught kissing in the pics while on their downtime together. They have been photographed taking a walk in Miami and eating at iHOP before but nothing as romantic as this.

The two have been dodging questions about their relationship but these photos certainly look like the two are more than casual friends.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson has reportedly shunned an offer to model for Burberry, the venerable British fashion brand and house of accessories. The 24 year-old actor felt it would go against his artistic integrity to turn himself into the face of Burberry.

“Christopher (Bailey, designer for the line) and the Burberry team were desperate to sign Robert as the main person in their new campaign.

“It would grace all their stores worldwide and be in all the best ­publications. They went to ­Robert but he ­immediately, politely, turned them down.

“As far as Robert sees things he’s an actor by trade and that’s his art. He doesn’t want to start becoming a brand or anything.”

The deal would have made Pattinson a reported $1.6 million dollars if he signed on the dotted line and he would’ve joined up with his former Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire costar Emma Watson.

Robert is currently in Brazil with Breaking Dawn costar Kristen Stewart filming the honeymoon scene (see photos of the two here.) The two are scheduled to return to Louisiana to continue work on the final two chapters of The Twilight Saga next week.

Every girl envies Nina Dobrev. The lucky and talented actress has locked lips with most of her super sexy costars: Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder and Taylor Kinney for starters. And while we enjoy viewing the results, Nina says it’s “awkward. There’s all these eyes on you.”

Stopping by MTV on Friday to talk to The Seven, Dobrev says that “pulling double duty” as both wholesome, girl-next-door Elena and evil, manipulative, man-eater Katherine is “fun and challenging. And it’s a lot of work.”

The Vampire Diaries is throwing one curve ball after another as viewers are left scratching their heads each week wondering what will happen next. Dobrev is in the center of all the action as both vampire Kat and human Elena and she is doing an admirable job keeping fans happy with both portrayals.

Kissing scenes can make any actor a little bit edgy but for the latest Twilight Saga: Eclipse, Kristen Stewart said going back and forth between Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) was “really weird.”

“I was nervous about it,” she said. “It’s like the most unique kiss in the whole series… [Bella] sees that there are clearly two different paths that are maybe not equally as desirable but definitely good, both are great, and she’s never acknowledged that before. She’s always been like, ‘No, Edward’s perfect!’ And so it really freaks her out, and it really freaked me out playing it.”

As for the kiss itself, she said locking lips with Taylor wasn’t so bad.

“You never know whether it’s going to be good until it is,” she said. “A few of [the takes], it was like, ‘OK, cool.’ I mean, that was fine.”

Stewart will not have that anxiety in the film’s final installment: Breaking Dawn. Bella makes her choice and she just has to kiss Edward.

The expectations for The Runaways movie premiering at the Sundance Film Festival next Sunday (January 24th) is very high. The movie stars Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie and Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett, two teenagers in the 70′s who formed the all girl rock group that is still influential to this day.

Fanning’s portrayal of Currie is gaining lots of buzz – the young girl everyone watched as a child will take a bite out of adult stardom with this performance and solidify her transition away from kiddie parts and into the realm that many younger actors find elusive.

“I’m just portraying what was going on with [Cherie] when she was my age,” Fanning said. “I want to continue to act for my whole life. Eventually, everyone will have to let me grow up, somehow, some way. I’m just trying to let that happen as naturally as I can.”

She and Stewart have a great friendship thanks in part to this film (and of course, the Twilight films) and Fanning says that will show on screen. The make-out scene between the two characters will definitely get lots of ink.

Hayden Panettiere is letting everyone know that she came up with the idea for the lesbian romance on her hit TV show Heroes.

The Canadian star, who plays cheerleader Claire Bennett in the sci-fi series, will fall for her college roommate, Madeleine Zima, in an upcoming plotline and she reveals it was her idea to get sexy with another girl.

She explains, “I kinda threw it out there… They (writers) put you in relationships and I was like, ‘Can I just be with a girl or something…? Let’s do that.’

“So they took it and ran with it. She’s a great girl… and we have a blast.”

The actress’s idea will certainly help the show that saw sagging ratings for it’s sophmore season last year. Rumer Willis is giving 90210 a boost using the same storyline.

The Last Song co-stars Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have said publicly that they are just friends, however another report is surfacing that they are indeed more than that. Following her concert in Los Angeles on Tuesday night Miley & friends went to restaurant Katsuya for the private after-party where Liam was among the guests and the pair were quite romantic and “lovey dovey.”

According to a source, Liam is officially her boyfriend and the couple have been dating for more than three months.

And being the savvy marketer she is, Miley’s already found a way to incorporate her new man into her show…

Before she performed a song from their movie, Miley gushed about how life really can imitate art as a makeout montage of them played behind her.

The twosome caused quite a stir a month ago when their passionate good-bye was captured for the cameras (picture above) at an airport – and Miley took to her twitter account to angrily deny the relationship was anything but friendship.

In balance, there do not seem to have been any pictures of Liam at Katsuya or attending her concert.

Are they or aren’t they? Their movie together (The Last Song) has been moved to April 2010 (from January) so perhaps everyone will have another 8 months of guessing games from Camp Miley.

Working with and kissing Chace Crawford is pretty dreamy, according to his Gossip Girl co-star Joanna Garcia. The actress has the enviable role of playing Crawford’s onscreen love interest for a four-episode arc of the upcoming season of GG.

Of kissing Crawford, Garcia says, “It’s everything you could imagine and more.” But, she points out, Crawford is even more gorgeous “when you get to know him.”

“He’s such a nice guy and a total dude,” Garcia told PEOPLE. “He’s ready to have a cocktail and kick back and watch sports. And as beautiful as he is on the outside, he’s ten times more beautiful on the inside.”
