Twilight star Kristen Stewart finally got it right! She looked absolutely stunning in a dark blue Monique Lhuillier gown on the red carpet of the 82nd Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 7). Kristen and co-star Taylor Lautner, who also looked handsome, were honored with the tough job of presenting a horror movie segment during the Oscars ceremony.

FINALLY!!! Actor Robert Pattinson confirmed that he and his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart have been dating for months but have been trying to keep their relationship low-key because of their crazy lunatic fans. Kristen and Robert wanted to make their first appearance as a couple at the 2010 BAFTAs but for security reasons it was impossible.

Robert reportedly told The Sun, “It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes.

“We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy. This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple but it’s impossible. We are here together and it’s a public event but it’s not easy.

“We have to do all this stuff to avoid attention.”

The lovebirds were spotted leaving the awards’ ceremony together. Kristen won the Orange Rising Star BAFTA for her incredible past couple of years and Robert was cheering for her in the audience (watch Kristen’s acceptance speech here).

UPDATE: It seems like The Sun faked this interview with Robert. Robert was just heard saying that he should have been on the red carpet with Kristen (the two together! as Twilight couple not real couple!) but that wasn’t possible for security reasons.

Actress Kristen Stewart took the stage to thank everybody for The Orange Rising Star BAFTA at the awards ceremony on Sunday (February 21). Here is what Kristen had to say:

Kristen said: “Wow. Thank you. I guess first I have to thank all the fans of Twilight for proving again and again to be THE most devoted and attentive fans ever. Considering this is voted, credit is due to them so thank you. To the other actors nominated, I am so blown away by you that I can’t even describe it. To be considered amongst you is just overwhelming, I can’t even describe it. And I’d like to say hi to my family.”

The 19 year-old actress did not crack a smile probably because she was too nervous during the acceptance speech but she did not forget to thank the fantastic Twi-hards, who made this all possible for her, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

Actress Kristen Stewart looked amazingly cute in a simple strapless white dress by Chanel on the red carpet of the Bristish “Oscars”, the 2010 BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) Awards held at the Royal Opera House in London, England on Sunday (February 21).

Robert Pattinson was also there to present an award (photos here) but it seems like the two never really crossed paths or at least weren’t photographed together. Kristen won the BAFTA award for The Orange Rising Star. Congratulations, Kristen!!

Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be presenting an Oscar during the 82nd Annual Academy Awards ceremony on March 7. Last year, Robert Pattinson was invited to present so now it’s time for the “New Moon” couple to take the stage in the biggest award show of the year.

Kristen told E! she is very nervous but glad Taylor will be there to support her of course. Kristen said, “Yeah, I’m going. Me and Taylor are going to present. I’ve been looking at shoes. I’m trying to pick shoes that I know I won’t fall down in.” Go Kristen! Break a leg!! We mean GOOD LUCK!

Actress Kristen Stewart, who has a couple of movies coming out (“The Runaways” and “The Yellow Handkerchief”), took a break from her super busy schedule to perform her civic duty. Kristen was at the Los Angeles Superior Court for jury duty last week and she even took a picture with a security guard there. How sweet is she?

Twilight actress Kristen Stewart stars in a new movie about three strangers brought together by loneliness in a road trip through Louisiana (watch small clip above). You gotta love Kristen’s southern accent!

Actor Robert Pattinson and his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart were seen together on a lunch date at Gjelina on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach on Thursday (December 17). The two then decided to spend some money in fancy shopping – they visited the opening of the fashion boutique and optical eyewear gallery A. Kinney Court.

“Kristen was wearing an old white T-shirt with her hair in a ponytail,” a source said. “Rob was wearing jeans, a tee and a dark coat. It looked like they were on a nice stroll through the neighborhood. They seemed really just into hanging together. They weren’t holding hands, but were really sweet with each other.”

Rob and Kristen probably got everything they wanted for free. They were seen together, they like to hang out, HOLD HANDS, go shopping, have fun and live the good life of a movie superstar but that doesn’t mean they are dating… it doesn’t really matter at this point as long as they keep the chemistry alive for the rest of the Twilight movies.

Actress Kristen Stewart plays a stripper, probably the most challenging role of her successful career, in the new movie “Welcome To The Rileys”, which is directed by Soprano’s star James Gandolfini.

Welcome to the Rileys, a film that centers around Mallory (Stewart), a troubled teenager who becomes a stripper. On a business trip to New Orleans, a damaged man, played by James Gandolfini, meets her. Later, he and his wife, portrayed by Melissa Leo, try to help Mallory. The young woman, in return, unites the grieving couple who has drifted apart after the death of their daughter.

This new role can give Kristen a chance to mature as an actress and also, in some way, distance herself from the Twilight phenomenon because it will eventually end some day. We believe Kristen is a talented young actress who will have a fantastic career in the business even after the Twilight Saga.
