A new Justin Bieber song surfaced on the net recently; “Swag So Mean” and while no one is sure when or where this song was made, or for what album, it is thought that it’s just a backing track – no main vocals.

Is it an older song that he passed on? Or is this something coming up?

Justin Bieber is still touring promoting his last album My World 2.0 but there is a new song of his that has surfaced online. “Latin Girl” is making it’s way round the cyber world but the tune’s origins are a mystery.

Is it something for the new album Bieber has said he wants to put out in late 2011? Was it a song that was worked on for his upcoming acoustic release but then he decided to scrap it? Or is it older material that just never made it onto a previous collection?

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester has a debut album due out next year and the first official single “Somebody To Love” will premiere on radio October 27th. The album has production help from American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi as well as others and was originally due out this spring 2009 but has been pushed to winter/spring 2010. There is still no title as of yet to her debut and her previously leaked single “Body Control” may or may not end up on the final release. She’s great on Cobra Starship’s “Good Girls Gone Bad” single so let’s hope there is more like that in store.
