On this Monday’s all new episode of Gossip Girl, Blair Waldorf (Leighton Messter) tries to make herself feel like more than a princess than she already is by conducting a “Bridesmaid Bootcamp” to find out who has what it takes to hold her wedding dress up while she pees.

Which of her many “minions” will she choose?  Will Prince Louis Grimaldi (Hugo Becker) change his mind about wanting to be a father?  Does Blair’s baby bump ever get any bigger?  What kind of wedding cake will they choose?  And most importantly, who’s going to catch the bouquet!?

Actress Leighton Meester, who is making the transition from TV star to big screen beauty, claims she is all grown up and sometimes “a little bit fat” as the hot cover girl of the upcoming February 2011 issue of Nylon Magazine (pictures below).

In the interview, the 24 year-old talks about her characters, Blair Waldorf on “Gossip Girl” and Chiles Stanton in “Country Strong”, and how important are family and friends in her life. “The Roommate” co-star Minka Kelly confessed Leighton worked so hard to play Rebecca that she even scared her while the two were filming.

Leighton Meester on Blair Waldorf: “Blair is…. I don’t know what she is… I have to enter a completely foreign body to sympathize with Blair and her decisions. You know, Blair grew up very savvy, well-educated, and lonely. I think her mother is not the most supportive person and… Blair is very competitive and conniving, and it obviously comes, usually, from a very human place, but she makes decisions that I would never make.”

Leighton Meester on her Country Strong character, Chiles Stanton: “She is so scared of people thinking of her as this ignorant, vapid, pretty face, and you know, I can totally understand where she’s coming from because, especially if you come from Dallas Texas, you’re a beauty queen – you don’t play the guitar, you’re writing seemingly meaningless pop songs. All that I can relate to, totally. It’s sad and sweet at the same time.””

Minka Kelly on Leighton Meester during the filming of The Roommate: “She worked with psychologists; she really studied the illness of the character, so much that at times on set i was a little concerned whether or not she was there because she scared me so much! The look in her eye was so surreal I was in awe at how much she committed to it.”

Leighton Meester on Her Family and Friends: “I like to be judged by my family and friends because they know me. If they think I’m being an asshole I’d like them to tell me, but if I’m fat or something I’m like, “Well, so? OK? Great!” It doesn’t even matter; it’s like, “What if I am fat? Does it matter?”… I’m a grown woman and sometimes, I might be a little fat, you know! Am I alone there? Not really!”

Actress Leighton Meester and “County Strong” co-star Garrett Hedlund reportedly could not keep their hands or eyes off each during HBO’s Golden Globes after-party at Circa 55 inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday night (January 16).

OUCH! Leighton, who plays the Blair Waldorf, seems to be working hard on looking absolutely fabulous while shooting some scenes with Penn (Dan Humphrey) in the Big Apple’s freaking cold weather.

Gossip Girl stars Leighton Meester and Blake Lively cannot stand each other! They don’t look at each other on set and don’t even acknowledge each other even when they have to shoot a scene together. OUCH!

Leighton is reportedly very jealous of Blake and the recognition she gets. Blake is on the cover of several important magazines, getting new projects and new challenging roles, while Leighton feels she does not have the same opportunities.

A set insider told the Enquirer, “Leighton thinks Blake is an egomaniac who views her time on the TV set as slumming. And Blake feels stifled. She’s just ignoring her co-star because she knows bigger things are in store…”

It sure doesn’t help that Leighton’s music career is basically stagnated too. Blake is decided to move on and get rid of a very uncomfortable work environment and she reportedly even asked producer to kill off her character in the show – read more details HERE. NO WAY! Blake’s rep issue a statement about the tension between her and co-star, saying, “Blake and Leighton have never been best friends and never professed to be. Blake goes to work, does her job, and goes home.”

The Gossip Girl star has a fabulous body and she sure knows how to flaunt it in sexy little skimpy outfits. Leighton, who wishes she had more time for her music career, talks about defining moments in her life, who inspires her and fashion.

Here are some highlights from Leighton Meester’s Spanish Cosmopolitan interview:

What was the most significant event or moment in your life, which has lead to your stardom today?
LM: I can’t second guess anything that’s happened because every aspect of my life while I was growing up, whether good or bad, easy or hard, has lead to the present. I am lucky to have a wonderful, solid family that gave me a lot of love. I give a lot of credit to inspirational films I saw when I was young, like Imitation of Life, Interview with the Vampire, Goodfellas, American Beauty, Dangerous Liasons and East of Eden. Also, being instructed time and time again to follow my gut and believe in myself has been a great help.

Your success today is a shining example. Who or what drives and inspires you to be the success that you are?
LM: My mom, my grandpa and my brothers all inspire me. Actors I love are Audrey Hepburn, Bette Davis, Kate Winslet, Diane Keaton, Al Pacino, Jack Nicholson, Sean Penn. The musicians I love are Dolly Parton, Madonna, Gwen Stefani, and Cyndi Lauper.

Which designer/s outfits make you feel amazing when you wear them?
LM: My favourite designers include Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Calvin Klein, YSL, Chloe, Stella McCartney, Phillip Lim, Balmain, Alaia, Chanel, Emilio de la Morena, Balenciaga, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu…the list goes on. In my eyes there are no rules in fashion, especially on the red carpet. I just like having fun, expressing myself and experimenting.

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester and her longtime boyfriend/co-star Sebastian Stan have reportedly broken up. According to OK!, Leighton called it quits because she doesn’t know how to be in a relationship and isn’t comfortable with the pressure to take the next step.

Sebastian is heartbroken. He did invest a lot in his relationship with the 23 year-old actress, who is now going to focus on her singing career. Sebastian and Leighton made such a cute couple… maybe Leighton will reconsider!
