Beautiful Leighton Meester is featured in the latest issue of The New York Times Magazine and speaks about her character ‘Blair Waldorf’ in the hit TV show Gossip Girl and her new music career.

On Gossip Girl’s Blair Waldorf: “I actually find Blair naïve. I look at young girls like her who are obsessed with guys and with being the most popular and the prettiest, and I just want to shake them. Maybe you just grow up a little faster when you’re a young performer, but I was definitely never like that.”

On her upcoming CD: “The music is electric and very pop, with a little bit of rock to it. It’s not like bubblegum - it’s very edgy.”

Leighton Meester always seems to fall for the bad boys but not the type of bad wrong boys!! Gossip Girl star loves the good bad boys, if that race even exists!!

Leighton said: “I think guys who are rebels and make their own rules are appealing. I don’t want to tame anybody. I want them to be dark and bad.

“Guys who are a little bad - and by bad, I mean they’re not like constantly around - I consider gold. Guys who are unavailable are actually a dream come true for me because I’m unavailable all the time. It’s great they’re not down your throat.”

I wouldn’t exactly call this type of boys bad!! Dark and bad!! I would also add hot and sexy! But I guess that is more of a bonus when you finally get a bad boy all to yourself!!
